This is my favorite laundromat in SWFL! I live in Fort Myers and drive up to Lehigh because they are the best, the cleanest, and so kind.

Very poor customer service the lady that was in charge at the time said in order to dry there I had to wash there, and I had to leave

The policy at this laundry changes every day. I come here every weekend with my dog. She's a service dog. Today, the girl who works there told me I can't have her there. I showed her proof that she's a service dog, and she still let me keep her. I had to take her to the car. This is discrimination. I'll never come to this place again, and I don't recommend it. What a rip off. To use a bigger washer for a quilt it is $7.50. To use a regular washer it is $4.50. Then if you happen to have a broken dryer at home and you have wet clothes etc. there are signs all around stating No Dry Only. We walked out! read more

Ver Extremely impolite and unprofessional elderly woman who is employed there. I unintentionally spilled some powdered detergent, and she rudely demanded that I clean it up. I refused to do so because I did not appreciate her attitude. Shortly after, when she came to sweep it up, she threw it into my laundry basket. This is the dirtiest, most expensive laundry mat I have ever being to. The machines don't wash your clothes right they come out smelling worst than when I put them in. If you have an issue the only response you are getting from the chain smoking attendant is that she doesn't have anything to do with that. I will NEVER come here again read more

this place is the worst place to go to. These washer machines don't work they don't put any sign to indicate they don't work whatsoever when you ask for a refund to move to another machine they won't give it to you the lady rather called the Cops on you. read more

Currently sitting here while I wash one load of laundry. The washing machine barely has water and although I put a cup of detergent there are no suds. The clothes looks damp with almost zero water. The machine only has cold water. I sit here concerned my clothes will not be cleaned properly. The laundry attendant does not look friendly. No good morning or any acknowledgement from her. The place is filthy. I'm using washing machine number 10 which is quite small for $4.00. I wouldn't mind the $4 if it had sufficient water and hot. After observing it looks like the light gray plastic looking washing machines aren't the greatest. The metal silver ones are the ones that use more water. To dry it's 3 minutes per quarter (.25¢). Thankfully my dryer got really hot dryer number 7. read more

Centrally located but didn't have a good experience. The machines are highly overpriced. $3.75 for the smallest washer which is truly ridiculous. If you have two loads you definitely need to use the $5.25 washer that's over $10 dollars in two loads if you have this kind of money I don't think you'll need to use a coin laundry. Then it goes up to $7 and so on. The dryers are huge BUT you only get 3 minutes per quarter. I know, ridiculous right? They should re-name the place the "Dollar laundromat". The worst thing for me is that their light fixtures flicker. Constant light flickering, and this flickering triggers seizures on me. Overall a bad experience. Not cool to take advantage of people like that. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for about two months and the machines are very efficient. I only seem to have any problems when the very skinny lady with dark hair works and that's only because she doesn't seem like she cares about any customers along with locking the door at 8 when they close at 9. It clearly says on the door last wash accepted at 830. Our first time here I came in at 8 and she said "you guys need to hurry up because we close at 9" Every other worker we ever ran into here was very nice. read more

What a Freaking Joke for a dry cleaning service. Not one of those Spanish girls can speak English well enough to do a transaction other than take your money. Oh Yeah they know how to nod their head like they understand, THEY DON't understand English much less speak English. The piece of work, that owns this place made sure of that. I will be on the sidewalk every Saturday to warn the public of such practices. I warned them this is what I was going to do. I wandered in because I was visiting a friend and had laundry to do while they were at work. Now that I've established my alibi, I really like this place. The machines were almost new. There were tv's on the wall to keep your mind busy while do the monotonous! The only downfall was the dryers, although new, they were $2.50 for 30mins. So, be prepared. And this area is multinational and bilingual, so again, be prepared. They also have laundry services by the pound, I believe. read more

This place shouldn't even be in business. I had to call 3 times for some simple info and never got my question answered. The first time it rang about 7-8 times and after she picked up she immediately hung the phone up again. The second time she answered in Spanish, and in Spanish I asked if she could speak English and again she immediately hung up. The third time I called she had switched the ringer over to the fax machine. I can't believe companies stay in business with this kind of unprofessional behavior. I need to come up with the capital to start my own laundromat in Lehigh. At the least I would be civil to the customers and hire someone who speaks English for Pete's sake... read more

I dropped off 5 items to be dry cleaned at a cost of $41. They lost one. Never again. And they charged me $43! Staff is completely worthless. read more

Air conditioned is a super plus, but you pay for it in the wash. No cheap top loaders here. New state of the art washers, ranging from $4.75-$8.00. Drying is expensive. Only 3 minutes per quarter. 2 TV sets that are able to be heard but don't interrupt each other, very clean, and friendly. Has a dry cleaning service that is off premises, and a step stool for people with vertical difficulties such as myself. My only issue is the cost of drying here. Other than that, it's a great place to wash. Btw there are cheaper washers, they just aren't as new. They run $3.25 and are for smaller loads. read more

I came on 6/01/2016 to wash and dry a handful of clothes. First the power went out with my clothes in the washer I was unable to get my clothes out onces the power came back on. The attendant had to unplug said machine four time a wait time of twenty minutes, clothes were still soaking wet. I removed said clothes from machine put in dryer. I asked said person for coins to dry my clothes she stated the person she contacted yes (no). I would never again use this place again. read more
