The machines do not tale credit cards - only quarters, and yeah, $6 of quarters is a lot of quarters! There is a change machine on site to break bills up to $20 and the people who work here are very helpful if extra change is needed. They also do dry cleaning. It may feel like a step back in time, but this laundromat is probably the best in the area. It's safe, clean, reliable, and friendly. Open 8am-8pm with the last wash at 6:30pm and doors locked after 6pm. This is not a paid review

They have a good amount of washers of all sizes and dryers so you don't have to wait to wash or dry your clothes. We go on Sunday afternoons and it's never packed. Love this place and would highly recommend to anyone.

I wear an 11 or 12 in Women's (42 European) and my foot is wider so I have to try on everything. I knew I wanted Birkenstock sandals and I know I'm now a 42. Thankfully I remembered Cobbler's Bench from a previous trip. They had several Birkenstock styles that I wanted to try on and they had many in 42! I tried on 3 or 4 pairs and found a great pair thanks to the help of the woman working with me. When we came in she offered to put on a mask because she saw we were wearing ours. I told her it wasn't necessary, but I appreciated the offer. She insisted on helping me in and out of each pair of sandals and she offered suggestions along the way. She was very kind and patient. I highly recommend letting them help you find the best fit. They did a great job! The prices for Birkenstock shoes were the same as online (without specials/sales) so I picked out the pair I wanted and took them home that day. I was very happy with my trip. Thank you!

I usually say nothing however Ive recommended many people because it was clean, had hours flexible for all shifts, and staff (2016-2021) was amazing. its truly principle and I Matt and his wife are aware. When I calmly reported the issue, the manager, Matt, was rude, dismissive, and immediately accusatory rather than helpful. While one woman involved with collecting money from the machines was polite and attempted to help, another employee was short-tempered and judgmental. She issued an incorrect refund and dismissed my explanation that the machines charge 25 cents for 4 minutes--not 5--resulting in an inaccurate refund. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained calm, did not raise my voice, and used no profanity. I clearly and respectfully explained that the dryer was not producing heat and simply asked for a fair resolution. Despite this, Matt escalated the situation, accused me of being argumentative, and ultimately shoved a $10 bill into my chest while saying, "How about $10?"--a physical and highly unprofessional act that appeared intended to shut me down and make me leave. Due to the lack of professionalism, disrespectful treatment, and unreliable machines, I do not recommend Colby's Coin Laundry on Bay Road in Saginaw, MI. You may end up wasting money on faulty dryers, and the customer service is not worth the frustration. There are better options available.
