After reviewing all the information and images provided, we have found that the issue with your item is not from any manufacturing defect, and would stem from improper care/cleaning on behalf of a dry cleaning service. I also sent pictures of the jacket to Modern Leather Goods in New York who repairs all the expensive brands of clothes and again was told that my jacket had not been cleaned proudly and could not be repaired. I talked with the owner of country club cleaners, Gwen, and she said she would call me and compensate me for my lose, but she didn't.

While applying the heat to clean, they realized the pocket of my coat had a hole and something black was inside the lining because a large, black spot spread to the outside of the coat. Although it was not their fault, they not only cleaned the area again and again and again until the stain was gone, they repaired the belt loops and sewed the pocket hole, all for an extremely fair price. I want them to know I appreciate them and thought a Yelp review would be the best way to do that.

Last wash and dry has always been at 8:30pm. now today the door is locked extremely early and then worker completely rude and stalking. I've always been able to wash my 5 loads and dry and be done in less than 1hr. I usually say nothing however Ive recommended many people because it was clean, had hours flexible for all shifts, and staff (2016-2021) was amazing. its truly principle and I Matt and his wife are aware. I'm sure Bay City is not ran nearly the same as Saginaw. The prices increased but were still reasonable as it has discounts to those in college.

When I calmly reported the issue, the manager, Matt, was rude, dismissive, and immediately accusatory rather than helpful. While one woman involved with collecting money from the machines was polite and attempted to help, another employee was short-tempered and judgmental. She issued an incorrect refund and dismissed my explanation that the machines charge 25 cents for 4 minutes--not 5--resulting in an inaccurate refund. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained calm, did not raise my voice, and used no profanity. I clearly and respectfully explained that the dryer was not producing heat and simply asked for a fair resolution. Despite this, Matt escalated the situation, accused me of being argumentative, and ultimately shoved a $10 bill into my chest while saying, "How about $10?"--a physical and highly unprofessional act that appeared intended to shut me down and make me leave. Due to the lack of professionalism, disrespectful treatment, and unreliable machines, I do not recommend Colby's Coin Laundry on Bay Road in Saginaw, MI. You may end up wasting money on faulty dryers, and the customer service is not worth the frustration. There are better options available.

I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready and it was told it was still soaking...really. When I returned a few days later the stain was still there and this older woman suggested I cut off the lace bow and sew in a different one? Really? Why would I damaged this beautiful dress like that! I've been a fashion designer and seamstress for over 40-yrs and I know How to remove a stain as shown in the photo that took only 5-minutes!
