I bought the monthly car wash package and every time I went there the machine to buff and dry was never working

Absolutely the worst. I've been using them for a while and it serves a basic purpose. Today, I had an incident where I had cow splatter on the bumper so I went through, bought ultimate wash and purchased future one at discount. Drove home, got out & spatter was still there - every bit of it! Sent husband back, manager kept receipt, ran it through again and took off spatter. When I called because they'd kept receipt for second wash, he told me there was no way it had gone through their wash & remained on there. I said I had video b/c I sent it to my son. He denied it. I will NEVER use them. Cheater & liars don't deserve anyone's business - not even the run of the mill stuff. Decent wash, but not as great as I hoped it would be. Guys missed a couple of spots on the interior wipe down and vacuuming.

What an improvement! I am a frequent customer and always get the inside and outside of my car done! Have noticed some new faces lately and the last 2 times I have been they have done an excellent job!! Blessing and Abed took their time and made sure my car looked amazing! Showed up 2 hours prior to closing and was told the full service wash wasn't available after 6pm!!! Really?? Then why don't you advertise that!! When pressed Manager Scott told me they would go ahead and do it, but there was at least a 30 minute wait?!?! Terrible customer service!!! read more

I've been here a few times and get the $18 detail. It's a good value and usually I don't have to point out any redoes. Staff is very friendly and the waiting area is good with free water, coffee, internet and has an AC area. read more

First of all my customer service today was alarming. I was deciding on my car wash when I boy walked up and scared me. He said he was trying to help me use the automated equipment . I said you scared me . Then I asked him not to stand there and watch me while I made my decision . He called me disrespectfull and told me to leave the property and never come back. I asked for his name and he said leave now I am calling the police . I said I can't back put there are people behind me . It got a little more confusing after that I had to back completely back. I went in early, to get ahead of the rush, paid for the "Ultimate" inside and out, turned my flashers on and proceeded forward. It was apparent the guy at the beginning of the wash was either new, or confused. It was obvious he didn't understand the controls. He sprayed my front bumper, and sent me through. By the end, I realized all I got was a basic wash. I brought it to the managers attention, so he offered a gift cart, which I was fine with. He came back with a 12 dollar gift card, a basic wash. I explained I bought the best, 30 dollars worth. He said that was all he was going to do. I believe his name is mason. I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. Money isn't the issue, their customer service. I've used them very many times, and never needed to address their customer service. It is really bad !!! read more

First visit. Arrived early (0740 on 26 APR 2020); first customer. Parked just short of the cone in the left lane as it was closest to the booth from which I guessed they might take payment. About 5 or 10 minutes later, a red pickup drove up and stopped at the cone in the right lane. A few minutes later, an employee came out while we were both there (more of a dress shirt - manager?) and did something while we both waited (I couldn't see what - he was behind a pillar). Then he went back towards the main building. At some point, a white Suburban (or similar vehicle) pulled up behind the pickup. Right about 0800 another employee (polo shirt) came up and removed the cone from in front of the pickup, and turned and went back to the main building. The pickup and Suburban pulled forward, directly behind the barrier. I waited for them to come and remove the cone in MY lane. They did not. I wouldn't expect them to know which of us arrived first, but they never asked. And there was nothing indicating the left lane was closed. So I can't comment on the quality or value of the wash because it appears they chose NOT to accept my business. I backed up, made a right 180 and departed. They won't get a second chance to ignore this potential customer. UPDATE: Yelp shows me in San Francisco. Not quite. I'm in Waxahachie. Also, I attempted to comment to management on their site (i.e. keep it private) but could find no "contact us" page on their website. Found link to their Twitter page but they've been suspended for some rules violation (but, in fairness, Twitter's not known for fair dealings, IMHO). So, not being a FB or IG customer, I was left with Yelp. read more

Sitting here watching these guys work and they have shown attention to detail. Took out the car seat to vacuum and even scrubbed the weather tech mats. Used the air to dry out all the small spaces. I'll be back for sure read more

Bought a premium wash for 13$ and pulled up after wash to get my wipe down and tire detail. Manager informed me there is no wipe down or armor all on tires even though I had it done previously. Informed him his competition would be happy to do it and he shrugged his shoulders like oh well. Numerous water spots and tires look like hell. Last time!!! read more

This was my first time coming here, and I got the mini-detail. My car was pretty dirty from pups, kids, and riding in the country. Wash Masters did a phenomenal job getting my car clean especially my with my seats and carpets! I was also impressed by the management and all of the employees. I highly recommend this place if you want a clean car inside and out! read more

For $25 all they did inside was dust, was small amounts of smudges inside doors (that I removed with water) that would've wiped of with damp cloth, first and last time I will go there. Called and was told I had to pay extra for it. Horrible, even other car wash on main street did better, and that's the reason I went to wash masters. read more

I am honestly surprised by the negative reviews. I've used this carwash for a few years and have two complete details done. They always do a great job, communicate with me throughout the process, and deliver my car looking great. It will continue to be my go-to carwash. read more

We went for a car wash and to enjoy the Haunted car wash! Absolutely awesome! Staff was great! Great car wash was great also! We enjoyed ourselves! Wish I could say the same about the midlothian police department. Those idiots came out and shut down the show because of traffic! Instead of shutting it down come out and do your job and direct traffic! read more

For a car wash it is expected to have good employees and lazy ones that don't want to work. I have visited this wash masters twice now. The first time a professional young man by the name of rich took really good care of the car after a road trip. The second time i came (Friday) nobody came to greet me, the windows were not wiped properly but smeared and the dash/steering was untouched. Its an amazing site but some employees need proper training! read more

They're always so nice, they do an amazing job. Today I went and got the super clean wash and I have children so you can imagine what goes on in my car with bottles or food. So I had to pull out my car seats so that they could clean the seats. When I was going to put them back in the car the manager stopped me and said let me clean the base for you. That just really wowed me because they aren't paid to do that. But they always care that you have a great and over the top experience. I'll always take my car there! read more
