Needed to wash the bugs off quickly and came here while visiting. The facility is big and clean but you line up for a drive through window to choose and prepay for your wash. The employee at the window didn't explain the package or wash options and took my card and said it was $16.00 Pull around to the rear to enter the wash (you stay in your car) and an employee there tapes your rear window blade down and directs you into the wash. Be prepared to show them your receipt. I was not and had to dig it out of my bag. The actual wash is a few minutes and then another few minutes for the blow dry part. I would come here again but better advocate for my time in choosing a wash or suggest they have the options board posted along the side of the building so it can be chosen before reaching the window. read more

I wanted the premier care wash (wheels, tires, windows cleaned and vacuum) but once through the machine, there was no direction on where to go or park for full services. I took my truck here for a wash. They usually do an ok job. The last time I went there, they locked my keys inside. The employees told me that they can unlock it without damaging it. They used a metal pole to go between the drivers door and the roof. In doing so, they scratched the top of my door, the tint on my window and the door panel. I was told that a manager would call me later that day. After 2 days and no call, I went and got an estimate at the body shop down the street from the car was to fix the paint they damaged. I then went to the car wash and spoke with the manager "kitty". I showed her the estimate to fix the damage they caused and that didn't include the window tint or the door panel. She told me that they would give me $5 for touch-up paint. What an insult! I would have rather they just told me to F off and not waste my time. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If you need a quick cheap rinse off fine but anything else you need to stay away, I went today needing both interior and exterior done and now wish I had just waited...... The folks acted mad that I had even brought a vehicle in and they really half assed doing the interior. Console wasn't wiped down, cup holders not touched, mirrors wiped with a dirty rag leaving spots and seats not vacuumed..... Never again!..... Took my wife's car in for a simple wash... came away with SCUFFED wheels on the Left side from their track that your car goes into... super scuffed them up as you can see in the photos. Spoke with the owner that day before I left and he's never gotten back to me since. When I got home, I realized MY WHEELS on my car that I took a few days earlier --- have similar scuff marks ONLY on the left side as well (although not as severe as these). Soooooo pointless to spend a few dollars on a car wash here when you then have to buy knew wheel covers for your car or have to repair them! And owner did NOTHING to rectify situation - said he's have to talk to the manager... ummm aren't you the owner??!! Never had this issue at all the other car washes I've gone to over the years... This is a good spot to get your car washed. They have several options for the car wash. I just ordered the basic wash ($9) for the outside of the car. With this purchase, I was able to use the vacuums for free to clean the inside of my car. They also provide clean wet towels to wipe the inside of your car. read more

I had some service concerns and called to address them today with the owner Shehab, and he seemed to think he was doing me a favor. Seriously? After taking my money monthly for years, what a shame. I went once a week to wash my car and then found out that each time I was going they were charging my card the "monthly subscription" price. Pull in the entrance area. Someone will come up to you and ask what type of service. I went with the $15 wash and vacuum along with a car scent when I paid inside. It took about 30 minutes for my car to be washed, dried, and vacuumed. Upon paying the lady at the counted wanted to know if I wanted to leave a tip. I think its kinda awkward. But I did leave a tip. I have been taking my vehicle to this wash once a week since I purchased it new 6 months ago. I have the premium membership where I go in the automatic wash and then they wipe the car down after. Well one day after I got my truck washed I noticed about 50 chips on the tailgate of my truck. They were never there before (I'm very particular with my truck and baby it like none other) and it was only on the tailgate which means their sweeper that is in the tunnel was poorly maintained or dirty as it's only job is to clean the back end of vehicles. I immediately went back to the car wash and notified the managers and we looked at the security footage which shows a perfect truck entering the tunnel but conveniently there's no camera showing my truck leaving the tunnel. They said they would contact the owner and get back to me. For the next week I called or showed up trying to get an answer or some sort of resolution for the damage to my brand new truck. They kept dodging me and saying the owner was very busy and blah blah blah. Almost two weeks later I finally got an answer and they stated "there's nothing that could have caused that damage at our car wash and we won't be paying for it". I can't believe these people. They obviously are a money grabbing business who refuse to take care of their customers. WILL NEVER RETURN. I might be taking legal action as I have proof of their damage, not because I need the money but because I would love to inconvenience the owner. read more

We had not used this car wash in a while because of a previous bad experience, but we thought we would give them another chance. We paid for an exterior wash and vacuum. When we went back to pick it up they had not vacuumed the hatchback area at all and they had barely vacuumed the front part of the car. My wife went to speak to the manager and he told her, it was because there was dog hair and they charge extra for it. My wife asked him how much the charge would be and he would not tell her. She got them to vacuum it a little better. We would have been happy to pay the difference to get it done right. I am honestly surprised by the negative reviews of Midlothian Carwash. I moved to Midlothian 2 years ago, and have used this carwash since. They always do a great job. I've had a complete detail done twice. My kids are rough on the interior of my Highlander...imagine angry sibling food fights involving hot chocolate, ketchup, chicken nuggets, etc. The workers at Midlothian Carwash give me my car back looking like it just came off the car lot. I really wish I had visited Yelp! prior to visiting Midlothian Car Wash today. I have experienced great service, and a great car wash in the past. I wanted to remain loyal after the changes to their process, which I presume were put in place to remain competitive with Wash Masters across town. Today's visit was a major disappointment. I paid $28 because I wanted my vehicle thoroughly cleaned, and I didn't want to vacuum the car myself. After riding through the same car wash tunnel used for all the wash levels, and waiting 30 minutes in the full service line, the interior & exterior service took about 8 minutes. My car was virtually dry before the towel dry service, thus spots/streaks, and I can't tell if the seats were cleaned at all. There was definitely no product used, perhaps only compressed air. No fresh smell, and now I will have to wipe it down myself at home. read more

Can I not give a star at all? By far the worst carwash EVER! The self-serve's water is always dirty, so I thought I would try this place. I waited for 45 mins just for my car to get to the start of the wash. They are short-staffed and stop the wash to catch up on the cars that have come out of the wash. They have a very lackadaisical approach and highly inefficient. They have a single person working on one car vs. a team to dry down the car and finish it off and get them out quickly. No one is in a hurry at this place. Finally, my car made it through and then was just sitting there air drying waiting in line to be dried by hand. I asked the guy how much longer and he said another 20-30 mins.!!! All of that for $28. Biggest rip-off in town. You can get a much better deal back across town and in and out in a fraction of the time. Won't ever come back to this place again. read more

Today was my first time visiting Midlothian Car Wash since the new renovations and I regret it. First you pull up to a drive-thru window, pay, and stay in your vehicle through the car wash process, then pull back in so your car is wiped "clean" on the inside and out. The service was utterly piss poor. I pass a ton of car washes to visit Midlothian Car Wash because in the past, the service was awesome, but today as I was driving over 10 miles to get home, I saw streaks, water spots, and dirt. Once I pulled into my garage, I had to clean my windows AGAIN, wipe down my car AGAIN, clear my tires and rims AGAIN!!!! I could've done a better job MYSELF and paid less than $27.00 to do so. Just utterly RIDICULOUS and I will NEVER visit that car wash AGAIN and will suggest that my family & friends do the same!!! read more

Terrible customer service! I went in today hoping to get full service on a convertible Mini Cooper. I asked if they offer hand wash and one young lady said yes. I explained what I needed and she said go to the drive thru window tell them what you need and pay. I go to the window and explain what I need again and the young man saids oh we don't have detailers today. And we close at 7pm. It's 5:00 pm when I arrive there. I look over and there are three young folks clearly vacuuming and cleaning a car so why did he tell me there's no be there to wash and vacuum mine? He said just take it through the drive thru. I told him that it may cause damage to the soft top. He told me I have seen others go through. I gave up and said thank you anyway and left! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT COME HERE. Apparently buying 100 freaking dollar wash doesn't mean that they will actually do a good job. They didn't dry the car off (!?!?!?!) so there are streaks all over my car and dirt and grime still in the cup holders. Wish I had paid more attention and noticed while I was still there, but I assumed that they had actually done what I paid for (imagine that!?!) Got the carpets shampooed and they didn't bother to vacuum out the excess water behind the passenger seat. Didn't notice until I heard sloshing driving home. It took nearly 2 hours for them to wash it, so I wasn't going to go back and wait around for them to do it right. Vacuumed out the excess water myself so it didn't mold. I feel like I shouldn't have to go back and ASK them to correct their incompetence. This place is terrible. Ever since ownership changed this place has went downhill in a hurry. The manager that used to there is no longer there. He was a real go getter. He led by example. The lady there now is lazy and the employees basically follow her lead. If you just want a place you can drive through and drive away it's fine. But do not whatsoever pay them the higher price to actually wipe down your vehicle and clean your wheels and tires. They'll spend about an entire 30 seconds to do it and say it's finished.
