This place is awesome. Tony did a great job on the detail! I had the presidential package on my Mercedes C63 AMG. Talk about "detail" forreal. He has a list of pricing and other optional add ons. (Photo included) The place can be quite tricky to find. It's by some "Bart's auto something" and you turn in there and there's a huge black building in the back with the word Evolution on it. And they seem like they all work here together so it seem like an auto repair & detail shop in one. The detail he did on my Benz was really good. I have suede interior for my roofing so I know that wasn't easy. And my dash and my doors were all dusty and had dirt from when I kicked the door open. But I'm glad he was able to take care of my car so well. I have two dogs and I have pet hair everywhere!! So he charged me only $40 for pet hair removal because I had a small car. Excellent car detailing service was provided to me. I requested the basic car detailing service and I was very happy with the hard work and attention to detail that was provided on my vehicle. My car is new but I had driven across the country and needed to remove the bugs and road debris. They cleaned the leather seats and all interior surfaces thoroughly. They quoted the service to take approximately 2 hours and I was done in just under two hours. I was allowed to wait for my car in their lounge, where they had a TV, plenty of sofa seating and offered me a cold drink. I recommend their detailing service and I will defiantly return. read more

I want to start off with IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am super picky about where I choose to get my car detailed because I'm a dog mom and I have an abundance supply of dog hair buried in my seats. Most places I go to in Houston can't even get 90% of the dog hair out because its imbedded in the seats.. So I took a spontaneous girls trip to Dallas and definitely needed a detail because driving from Houston to Dallas is a long drive for me and I needed my car washed bad. The moment I entered I was greeted immediately with friendly smiles and a bottle of water. Everyone there was so kind and knowledgeable in their package deals. I guess it was my lucky day because I spoke Tony, the owner and he was so kind! I did not know what package to get because I was kinda skeptic about which one to choose because I really wanted the dog hair out of my car. Tony offered me the "Presidential Package" for my Lexus. The Presidential Package was the BEST choice! They did such a fantastic job. They got about 99% of the dog hair out of my car and honestly that's a big deal for me. I had a bad car detailed experience before so I was nervous about this getting a detailed ever again. However, here at Evolution they made me change my perspective on detailing. The previous detailed I had, they scratch the paint of my car leaving scratch marks all around the exterior of the body making it looking they were trying to get rid of something. Take note that the car I drive is a Mercedes E class, so cars like this should be handled professionally. I was referred by another auto shop about this place and decided to give this place a try. I was greeted by a young gentleman name Tony, I had explained to him how scarred I was from having my car detailed and explained what I was looking for in a detailed. He gave me a chart to check out and since I haven't had a full on detailed in years, I decided to use the ultimate package they have including extra buff shine. I was not upscale by anyone nor did I felt anyone try and push me to do something I didn't want like most places do. I was told that it'll take a full day to do the detailed that I wanted. I decided to pick my car up the next day rather the same day for convenient reasons. Upon on arrival, I couldn't believe how clean and detailed it was! The scratch on my car from the previous place I had it done... gone! The interior was spotless, it was like having a new car all over again! When I checked in I received some free air fresheners for my car. I would definitely be back for another detail, unlike other places EVOLUTION takes care of their customers! The neighbors accidentally sprayed my car with paint. I took it to evolution hoping for a miracle and they delivered!!! There were thousands of white paint spots on my red Escape and they were able to remove every single one! I also had the inside detailed at the same time and they did a great job. Do NOT use this company. My son-in-law booked an interior detail on line via their web site to get his van interior detailed at the listed price of $180. When I took the van there at the appointment time Tony was not there. Later he called me and said the price would be $280 because it was a van, not a compact car which is what the booking was for. This was false. The booking was for a vehicle, no specification of type. The web site does not give you any option to select a type or size of vehicle - there is only one add-on service for interior detailing, and it only shows one service - $180 for vehicle interior detail. Tony said their price list at the shop shows different prices for different type vehicles, and when I went back to the shop I was shown this price list. Tony was not there but the other guy with Evolution (another Tony?) showed it to me. It shows a price of $180 for compact, $200 for mid size SUV, and $220 for full size. The guy got Tony on the phone and he told me my van was so dirty it would cast $280 to do the job. A full $100 OVER the listed price on their web site. This is a classic bait and switch. Needless to say I'm taking my business elsewhere. Stay away. read more

I recently bought an auctioned vehicle and had Evolution Auto Detail clean it up before reposting online for re-sale. I told them I wanted it clean inside out. Never would I expect to get such a high level of care that he put into my car for the amount I paid. I came in midway to check up on their work, I seen him taken the entire interior apart. Pressure washed and shampooed the carpet. Pressure wash my seats, and even wipe down the metal flooring under the carpet that no one would ever even see. The amount of detail he put into his work has earned my business for life. Wether it be personal vehicle or my investment vehicles, I will always bring it back to Evolution Auto Detailing! read more
