I used the touchless wash in Bethalto, IL paying for the $18 deluxe wash. I wanted to get most the salt off from this last snow. Instead, my truck got damaged, and the spray arm was hitting the side of my truck all the way down to the end. I initially thought the whole side of my truck got damaged while it was happening, but thank God it didn't. The only damage I saw was the 3 scratches on the side mirror cover. The fold in mirrors sign is on top of the paying machine so if you're not careful you'll miss it like I did while paying for your wash. There is no fold in mirrors sign near the entrance which I suggested they put one there. To top it off the wash didn't finish, I left with damage and salt still on the truck which I had to wash it the next day at a different place. After calling the owner I told him I didn't expect anything from him but a refund, he offered a couple free washes, but I had not planned on going back. I didn't want the free washes, I just figured at least they could do is refund me, but he refused the refund. That's when he cut me off and said I have to go and hung up. My opinion is that full size trucks should not go into the touchless wash, so enter at your own risk. Needless to say, I will never go back again.

Well let me tell you. Last week I learned that my daughters jeep compass which I purchased from a local dealer in the Chicagoland area no longer comes equipped with a spare tire. Being a Dad of a daughter who's hundreds of miles away at school I did what any parent would do, I freaked out thinking of her out and about without a spare tire. In my quest to find out how to get her a spare tire I called Federico and spoke to an amazing individual in the parts department by the name of Tom. I'll make this long story short. Tom went above and beyond in his attempt to find me a spare tire. He made calls and spoke to people. Tom went the extra mile and then some and I can't thank him enough. For those of you driving smaller suv type vehicle please beware , the spare tire is now considered an extra which caught me totally off guard Oh you can add it for a $500 up charge Please let me commend Tom in parts for going far and beyond what he really had to do.
