Upon…read moreentering the wash, they had a difficult time with the conveyor belt and mentioned it wasn't working properly and had to shut down the process to "fix" it. Once in the wash, the machine cracked our windshield - there was zero damage prior. Upon exiting, we stopped and showed the employees the damage. They had us submit a claim form and said they'd get back to us. Fast forward, they sent an email stating they weren't liable and went into a diatribe about how this is how "tempered glass works" (Windshields aren't made of tempered glass, they are laminated glass). When I pushed back and told them I expected them to fix it or pay our deductible they refused.I contacted my insurance company and they said that the deductible is $250 and it could potentially raise our insurance rates if I file a claim. They refuse to take responsibility. I have contacted the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and will make sure to tell everyone to NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR VEHICLE TO ECLIPSE CAR WASH OR ANY OTHER CAR WASH THEY OWN (they own many). Buyer beware - this is NOT how you do business.

See, pretty much everything the Government Motor Company (GMC) touches, turns to crap! Because I was going out of town, I wanted a detailed car wash that addressed my habit of eating on the run. Do it yourself car vacuums never seem to have enough power to thoroughly vacuum a messy car. So, just this once I decided to take the recommendation and give Auto Spa a try...mainly because I was running out of time. The attendant was going over the different car wash prices when I asked, "Am I going to be pleased with your service? I am a very picky person!" His response was, "I guarantee you will be." While waiting for my vehicle I asked the person next to me if they were please with the service. His response was, "Oh yes, they do a great job" When finished and attendant waved me over, I was prepared to inspect vehicle and offer suggestions that would make me happy with the job done. I couldn't believe it! My three year old car looked brand new. Not a crumb on the floor, cup holders and compartments looked brand new and the attention to the inside as well as outside, impeccable!
