When you first arrive, you'll have a variety of packages to select from to make your car shine. You can also, do various add-ons to make your vehicle shine even more. After your ride thru the auto wash, there are many vacuums to use and clean the inside of your ride. Best thing about that is, they are FREE. In this day and age, we rarely get anything free, so take advantage and get that debris off the floor. The packages are priced reasonably and they have a club membership you can join, too. The prices are so reasonable, that at times I just get the cheapest one when my car just looks a little dusty. If you need to give your car a bath, drive to the Gorilla and take a ride thru their auto wash.

Once in the wash, the machine cracked our windshield - there was zero damage prior. Upon exiting, we stopped and showed the employees the damage. They had us submit a claim form and said they'd get back to us. Fast forward, they sent an email stating they weren't liable and went into a diatribe about how this is how "tempered glass works" (Windshields aren't made of tempered glass, they are laminated glass). When I pushed back and told them I expected them to fix it or pay our deductible they refused.I contacted my insurance company and they said that the deductible is $250 and it could potentially raise our insurance rates if I file a claim. They refuse to take responsibility. I have contacted the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and will make sure to tell everyone to NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR VEHICLE TO ECLIPSE CAR WASH OR ANY OTHER CAR WASH THEY OWN (they own many). Buyer beware - this is NOT how you do business.

I orginally asked for a simple throttle body cleaning and the guy behind the counter said what they…read moredo is shoot some chemistry thru the inlet of the throttle body and i had left with a symptom the car didnt have after they had custody of it..im sitting in the waiting room and i can hear them reving the engine to 5000rpms at least and then i see their person roll out to test drive my property ...he comes back parks the car in the rear to hide their shame ..the guy charged me $182 dollars for 1 hour labor and the chemistry ..so i get int the car after they gave me back my key..i start it ..the idel surges past 2000rpm and throws a check engine light ..and putting it in gear was jolting the whole car cause the idel was stuck at 1500 rpm ..and still has not got any better since a month later and it still thows codes still idels too high ..the did look at it on the original day later in the afternoon ..told me the issue was my MAF sensor and so i replaced it ..they asked for another bite of the apple ..i refused ...cause they seem clueless here and quiet frankly ..they were looking to be in my pocket as deep as they can get ..thanks obrien since you dont know a throttle body relearn ..or to just clean the throttle body ..i now gots to spend 100's of dollars trying to chase down what ever you people did to my car ..dont reply ..just go way like everyone else should ..they always put the blame on the customer ..and isnt that special ..

I try to good through the car wash every Monday. Having the monthly pass, all I have to do is pull up to the gate, the camera reads my license plate and the automatic arm goes up. I continue to drive forward until the associate guides me into the tunnel. Once in the tunnel, the car goes into neutral, no touching the brake and hands off the steering wheel. It's a short peaceful ride. Upon exiting, I can leave or I can pull up to one of the super vacuums and use them to clean the insides of my ride for free. Seriously, it's the best $24.95 I have spent this year.

They IMMEDIATELY got us in (even though they had a full schedule & looked extremely busy. We ended up with a cracked wheel & they didn't have another to replace it with (wheels & tires for the Camero are very difficult to find anywhere) but for 3 hours the manager called around trying to find us one, they straightened out the computer gauges (Walmart had done it incorrectly whn we bought new tires) & spent a lot of time on our issue only for us to have to go elsewhere. The staff was excellent-informative, helpful, kind etc & we were barely charged ANYTHING. I'm not easily impressed (am OFTEN called high maintenance) so I don't give credit if it isn't earned. They helped us the best they could in our bad situation & I was very very impressed & so grateful we were referred there!! Thank you Dobbs!!
