I love this laundromat! The dryers are free and washers are huge! It's also really clean, affordable, and very calm. Not a lot of people, but I did come on a Monday- Labor Day. Other than that...it's very nice in here. The parking lot is a hassle, but the business itself is amazing. They have cards that you put credit on, so you don't have to carry quarters. I wish I could give 0 starts. Got my clothes washed on this place with the "Drop and Dash" service, and guess what? They washed someone's else clothes, and sent them home to me. I called over 3 times, and no one seems willing to help. I was charged for 75 pounds of clothes, which are not mine. So now I have clothes that belong to a random stranger, sitting at my home, and not mine. Do not use their service, apparently they don't care at all to give back your clothes. If you're the stranger I'm holding the clothes for, please contact me. I need my items back as well. read more

Repeating that whole process of saving up quarters in order to do laundry in my apartment building is getting tiresome because I utilize a debit card majority of the time instead of cash. When will apartment realtors and laundromats get the clue that we live in a society where many use debit and credit cards. I guess once everyone stops utilizing the machines in apartment complexes and select laundromats then they will get the hint. That is why I made my way to Su Nueva Lavanderia. And thanks to Yelp, I found! As for utilizing the washer and dryer machines at Su Nueva Lavanderia you have to purchase one of their cards which you can put whatever amount you want on it. Once you have purchased a card the rest is simple to use the machines. Thankfully, an employee approached me while at the card machine and assisted me with the process. Su Nueva Lavanderia has well enough machines that range in size and price depending on your wash load. Other perks include free wifi, televisions, vending machines: ice cream, drinks, chips, candy bars, and a ample amount of carts for you to tote around your laundry load. New update. They painted the place up looks great and the machines are the same but the clothes tables are different too they put a new vinyl I believe. Pretty terrible, actually. Machines don't take quarters, you have to get this stupid card, then put money on it - except the card machine doesn't work, so that ends up being a huge time suck, and debit cards don't even work. Then the amount is always super weird, so there's random amounts of money left on the card all the time. Extremely cramped chaotic atmosphere: not enough space to sit, or fold clothes. DRYING IS NOT FREE, it's .40/10 min, and almost $5 for a single wash. Pretty sure there's no hot water; my laundry always comes out ice cold. Last time all my clothes came out covered with disgusting pet hair. I don't have a pet! Ew, go elsewhere if you can. read more

This place is great with free dryers. The ladies that run the place are great and always helping out. There is a decent amount of parking and when it's not packed (out of their control), it's not a big deal. The reason for the 4 stars is bc only some washers actually have hot water. I would say about half of the washers have hot water. Other than that, it's a great place with entertainment, including free wifi and also a shuttle to scoop you from the the house. read more

The women who work here are so sweet!!! This is my new spot even though there are a dozen laundromats between my house and here. It's not a perfect place-- the change machine rarely works so I had to put $20 on my card which I don't like to do, and it is always crowded and can be tough to get a washer that is not in use or out of service, and it's pricier than some other places. But I'm telling you, the employees at this one make it worth it. This location is far better than the one on Western, except for the parking lot. read more

I was devastated when my dryer stopped working and came here to do laundry while it gets fixed. It's $4.95 for a regular 20 minute wash and $0.25 for an extra wash feature or extra rinse. There's a huge washer for $11.25 & a medium size for $ 7.35. Overall the place is clean , there are vending machines, TV's, free WiFi, & free drying. There's plenty of folding tables, but maybe it needs more seats? Came on a Tuesday at 2:30pm and it was not crowded. read more

This place is hidden in a SMALL shopping plaza off Cermak. It's clean and they use the card system. You don't need coins or cash just a debit or credit card, which is convienent. The drying is free! read more

I enjoy washing at your company. My favorite location is the one on 2523 W. Cermak Road. One thing I think should change in your advertising is the "free transportation" because it should say transportation available within a certain area or distance. I tried getting a ride by your transportation but the person who asked me what's my address told me "we don't go that far" and hung up. That was very rude and unprofessional. read more

Great prices for laundry Friendly staff and very clean. Good area to wait in because of the stores in a plaza. Has wifi My reasons for not giving a 5 stars would be because they do not monitor the carts. There is always at least one family with 4/5 carts and that isn't fair. One/two cart for clothes, one cart for a car seat/sleeping kid, one cart for bags and detergent, another cart for the holding folded items inside of bags. If multiple families do this it leave others with no carts. Second is they have about 4/5 Tv's in the place and all are set on Hispanic channels/Spanish speaking shows. All your customers aren't Spanish nor do they all speak Spanish. Please cater to everyone and have at least one Tv on that is in English. read more

I love doing my laundry here. It's honestly a joy. There's lots of machines, tables, and space in general so it doesn't get too crowded. There's no blaring tv in the background. The machines are very clean, and I've seen workers clean them meticulously towards the end of the day. Plus drying is free with wash. It evens out to be a little more expensive than my neighborhood one but I go out of my way to come here for a more peaceful experience. read more

A medium size wash was $4.60 which is more expensive than I am used to but this includes FREE drying! It took just over 20 mins for my wash to finish which seemed fast! You pay for everything with a reusable Laundry Card. There are machines by the bathroom which take cash ($1 or $5) or credit cards to load up your Laundry Card. Your card will get you into the bathroom too. When I came in it seemed like they could use more folding tables and carts but there was a table open when I needed to fold. There are places to sit while you wait and vending machines. I came Saturday evening and I was surprised that there were a good number of people there. The space is bright and comfortable. Very clean laundromat! Love the free wifi. The staff is very helpful and constantly cleaning the area. I know kids will be kids but they constantly run around and throw balls. Fluff & fold to your door! Amazing! The one chore I hate most is hauling my dirty clothes to the laundry mat. Waiting 2 hours and watching little kids running around. This is my go to laundromat. It's always clean. Wifi tends to be down the majority of the time and there is not enough carts to go around.

Great place to come and do laundry, Its always very clean and the management is very helpful. Have not had any problems with any of their equipment. I love it that we pay for the wash and the dry is free it really saves money, it cant get better than this. Its great that you can drop off your clothes and they will do it for you, for all those busy people out there. We are always running on a schedule with our kids and it has a great service and I love that it has internet because when I go with my kids they get entertain with the cell and are able to watch Netflix or play any other game while mom and dad do laundry. Its a great place and its kids friendly. It has a great location Burget King is right by it, McDonalds, Petes Market, Buffet, Little Cesars. Great to go and grab something quick while doing chores. This laundromat is great! The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. From going to different laundromat mats for a while now this is the best one. They have plenty of machines, and driers. Paula Blas and Maria G Perez are always there and open to help if you have any questions. The only thing I would recommend would be to add more folding tables. Saturday mornings are not as busy, but when it's Sunday there are a lot more people so you have to sometimes wait on a table. Overall, the place is great, if you live in the area you should definitely check it out. :) read more

I hate going there. Nothing works starting from the machines to put money on your cards to the dryers. The machines keeps saying error every time I go, I have try to use credit card or cash but it always says error. Dryers never dry they take forever. The ladies that work there are really helpful and nice is just a shame that nothing works. They also need more carts they only have like 8 carts. Is so frustrating to go there. read more
