Never able to get Loopie app to actually work. Seems like a great service if I could have tried it.

Great service and reasonable price! Just tried Loopie and was very pleased with how seamless the whole experience was. Ordering was easy and transparent. The pick-up & drop off was on time and I got notified via text message when they were nearby. Laundry came neatly folded and organized by category so putting it away was a breeze. Loopie Laundry is definitely a stand-out amongst other such laundry services. I've tried several different wash and fold companies, and they've all come up short. Until now. The four vs five stars I'm giving is only due to not being completely satisfied with a few returned items and a lost sock. The four stars vs less is due to the outstanding customer service received all the way through. When reaching out to them about my lack of 100% satisfaction, they did not get defensive. Instead, they apologised and went straight to troubleshooting. Lest someone read this and decide to dishonestly take advantage of their kindness. I won't go into the steps they took to remediate. Suffice to say, they went above and beyond and were patient, kind, and helpful all along the way. I believe I have finally found my go-to laundry service company! read more

I live in Chicago. Reviews looked great, so I tried to place a laundry order. For some reason, it wouldn't let me pick a date and time, so I hit proceed and hoped that I would get that option. It told me I'd placed my order. When I looked for order details, the scheduled time was 3 months from now! I called for customer service and left a message. I did get a prompt call back--which told me that their facility in Chicago wasn't operating right now! There's no reason not to put that on the website, or at least to display it as soon as I'd entered my zip code. Until things are back up and running here, please don't waste people's time by advertising in a city where you aren't operating. read more

Okay, update! Rob, the Chicago operations manager, contacted me after i canceled my order. He was very polite, professional. and super helpful. He walked me through a couple things - 1) their confirmation email landed in my spam folder. 2) there was a mixup with the number I was calling and it was for some reason being redirected to Seattle. ANYWAY, I feel so much better now and look forward to trying this service. So i changed this from a 1-star to a 5-star and once i actually use their service (which I will!) it will hopefully confirm the 5-star rating. read more

Had a bad experience with Tide laundry which is my only option in my building and found Loopie online and they literally picked up my comforter within an hour and it was returned the next morning laundered and fresh. Great customer service! read more

I have been so consistently pleased with this wonderful service during my 3 months in a hotel. It's a great value (flat rate per quantity of laundry that fits in their duffel bag) and doesn't require a lot of advance planning - I can go on their website at night to arrange for pickup the next day (plenty of different 2 hour time windows to choose) and the laundry comes back to me promptly and reliably the following day, clean and neatly folded. Additionally, I get text alerts when my pickup/delivery drivers are nearby. During a snafu with the hotel sending the bag of laundry to a nearby dry cleaner, Paul, the driver, went above and beyond the duties of his job to liaise with the hotel and even took the claim check and went to the cleaner to pick up the laundry, saving me a ton of money and effort. I was busy at work and his dedication to the task let me stay focused on my job and really made the day go smoother. I can't recommend this service highly enough for visitors and locals alike. read more

These guys are fantastic! My washer broke and it was going to take over two weeks to have a new one delivered. We have overwhelming laundry. They made everything really easy. I used Loopie for the first time last week. The laundry came back looking really good and folded better than I ever could do it. What impressed me the most was their customer service. When I called them to change the credit card that I had given them, I was able to talk to an actual person who took care of my problem. The driver who picked up my laundry was friendly. The next day when the driver was having car problems, I was notified by text that he would deliver my laundry later than had been scheduled. As soon as the driver was on the road again, a text was sent to me with the new delivery time. Also a map was provided with the text so I could track the driver's location. UPDATE: So Loopie did finally reach out to me via a phone call, and apologized for leaving me hanging. They are new to the Chicago area and have had some glitches in their hiring process, which they are working to correct. Good to have some closure there! read more
