For starters, facility is clean and doesn't have the hang-dog feel of most laundromats. It's also located next to a Ralphs and a Starbucks, which is a plus. I was visiting from out of town and had a bunch of appointments. When my washing machine acted up, the nice lady on staff assured me should would take care of it. We used a super sized washer for 2 very large comforters and king size sheet set: $7.75 for a 29 minute cycle. Dried each comforter in its own dryer for 25 minutes high heat; perfectly dry! For the last 4 months NO HOT WATER available when doing laundry and NO sign stating issues with the Hot Water. Wash time laundry very clean they always have an attendant on duty however they seem to have adjusted the times and temperatures on the dryers and now takes three full cycles and my clothes are still wet four out of four drivers watching other customers get frustrated as I am, the cost of everything has gone up, including laundry, making adjustments like this, so the customers have to spend more money is nothing less than stealing I can no longer support this establishment, which is sad because they're only two laundromats in Palm Springs that I'm aware of looks like I'll have to drive to cat city or Palm Desert to do my laundry now the attendant on duty Really couldn't give a shit one way or the other Therefore I must assume that the owners management feel the same it should not cost me four or five dollars Per load to Dry my clothes it's almost $40. This place is quite clean, the prices are just right and offers what you'd need to get your laundry needs done. There are plenty of detergent/coin machines (the snack machine is no longer there) and laundry carts available. However my only complaint is that there's only about 10-12 regular sized machines on one row and whenever I've been there, they are usually always being used. There are a lot of people coming and going and very little parking in the immediate area of the shopping center, which is also marked 20 minute parking. read more

Can I start by saying Stacy has really turned this place around. I've been in and out of this coin laundry for as long as I can remember and it got bad. So much drama managers asking me to lock up when I was done folding my clothes so they could leave early!! Like wtf?? Than like a breathe of fresh air in walks a bubbly happy to be at work with a cheerful smile Stacy!! I had to stop coming on Thursday nights cause Miss blue hair not only told me I'd better be done no later than 10:30 but she refused to let me take a cart out of the mat filled with my clean clothes. She thought it to be funny to watch me make 20 trips back and forth. Now I know there is theft of those ever so desired laundry carts but I used to be trusted enough to lock up the place when I was finished and Miss blue hair won't trust me to take the cart right out the doors. Please make her wash up her nasty lack of customer service non friendly attitude! I'll donate the quarters for it!! You guys should know because of Stacy making me feel welcome and appreciated I'm still dropping $80 every other week with you. I wish she could be there every night than there would be no need for nasty new people to hire. You have a great employee and she deserves so much more than what she most likely receives now. The laundromat is located in a shopping center but the area is a little bit sketchy. One load is $2.25 or you can do a large load for $3.50. It's a decent place to do your laundry but I felt uncomfortable by myself there. I went there at 5 pm, and I was out by 6 pm. read more

I may have left a less- than flattering review a couple years ago regarding this laundry facility. It is open late and close by my residence so I continued to use it off and on. A few months ago I began to notice some new washers and dryers arriving. As well as attendants who truly do keep the business much more clean than it was in the past. Everyone is always nice. Came to wash as Normal for my side business, brought all my baskets not knowing they ran out of money (very inconvenient) I guess lady working was aware and instead is notifying a customer bringing baskets in seeing me she just kept doing whatever she was doing. I went to tell her the coin machine that did not have a sign on it, was not working in a rude way sounding rude she says I know that that's why I'm putting this sign. I told her would of been nice to of been notified after putting the items in the washer after walking past me 3 times, she walked away muttering something. I would never come back to this location especially experiencing this service. I have been here for years and never received rude service from all the staff who has previously worked there or the owner. Taking my business else where and would not recommend this place as far as that rude lady works there. I just went for the first time today. My washing machine is broken and I am waiting to get a new one. I arrived just before 9am and there was just one other person at the location. It was very clean! Plenty of machines and they all appeared to be in working order. I was able to get change from the machines with no problem. My dryer at home is working fine so all I did was wash, and the machines were very fast. When I was finished there were just three other people in the business. I was very impressed with this laundromat and will be back. It has been a very long time since I visited a laundromat and Wash Time was a pleasant surprise. After finding out our vacation home didn't ha e a washer and dryer, I started the hunt for a laundromat for halfway through our trip and found Wash Time. This place is great - it's nice and bright, clean on the inside and a ton of washers and dryers of all sizes. I found the experience quite nice, with a few minutes of down time between cycles. Additionally, they're open until ten, which allowed my family and I to get in a full day of play, before doing this quick chore.
