She did a GREAT job with my giant load of laundry (the laundry room in my complex is a disaster) ... everything smelled fresh and was folded beautifully. Its been a long time since I have used a laundromat, and the guy working there helped me setup my washer and detergent. It took me just a bit over an hour to do a wash and dry of my clothes, which is great! And as others have said, their music selection was great. read more

DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU! SHADY MCSHADSTERS! MY First Visit with a TON of laundry ... IM WARNING YOU ÷ DO NOT USE THEIR FLUFF AND FOLD SERVICES!!! Before they said they were going to start it was going to be $1 and some per pound or same day service for $4 per pound. I said I was in no hurry and she said it might be don't the following night or the the next day but to call. Just because they were able to finish early because business was slow....they charged me over $300. It should have only been half that at most. Do not trust them. They will lie and screw you over!!! I told like to say I told you so.... This place are thieves and crooks!!! PS they stole 4 of my big laundry bags too and didn't replace them. read more

Do you know how hard it is to find a laundromat in Palm Springs? Insanely difficult. Half of them are either run down or completely closed and no one updates maps or yelp. We recently moved apartments and have no washer. Came here with low expectations and you know what? It's pretty decent compared to other laundromats in the area. There's no ac but they setup fans and swamp coolers in the corners and on a 100* afternoon it was ok. Machines are pretty clean and there's staff on site. The smallets washer is $3.25, and they have a few different size washers to chose from. I also used the next size up at $5.25-$5.75 ish. Dryers are .25c for about 8mins if I remember correctly. Place was clean when I went especially the folding tables. A few machines are down and tagged. They have supplies available, couple change machines, just your standard run of the mill Laundromat. Not too impressed with this place. It's tucked away in a crowded shopping center with 20 minute parking directly in front of it, which means you'll have to move your car at least twice while being here. People are using a majority of the machines at a time so grab them quick while they're available and there's not a lot of space to sit and wait, just a small table and two benches. There were also quite a number of machines that were out of order. Yes, there's an attendant and she was out there doing her duties while I was there and assisted people with the machines. I did hear a radio playing music softly and it wasn't too loud. Between this and the other laundromat on Chino and Sunrise, I'd choose that one based on the workspace, parking availability and prices. read more

Bad experience. I spent two hours drying a blanket. It still is not dry. The only dryers that work are the extra large ones in the back, and the workers keep their laundry in it. I could not take it anymore and finally left with wet clothes. Quarter after quarter, What a fu*king joke! read more

I always take my laundry here - today I brought in a huge batch, as my apartment flooded and lots of white towels and rugs had water damage. I said to the guy (never seen him before - usual always a women there) I don't give a shit how much bleach you need to use on my white towels and rugs (which I had use to try to stop the flood) but if they can be saved please try. He responded with - don't talk that way to me. I was like? I'm sorry what? He said- Don't cuss at me. I tried to explain I wasn't cussing at him, I cussed in a sentence about how fucked my situation was, and hopefully he could fix the damages to my items. Been going here a long time. Going to start looking for another place. Insinuating that I was cussing him out is absurd. I used the drop off/wash and fold option. They were friendly and efficient. Great value and service. Easy to get to and lots of parking in the Ralph's parking lot. Only thing I'd suggest is a a larger sign on the storefront that matches the name on the monument sign at the street. read more

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Its has double, triple and quadruple washers that work great. The drivers are 25 cents for 8 minutes and are hot and efficient. The staff here is very friendly and nice to chat with. The entire laundromat is so clean that if I drop a sock, I dont have to worry about it getting filthy from the floor. I have been to laundromats all over Palm Springs and Cathedral City, and this one is the best! Will I return? Yes! read more

if I could give a zero i would. This is the second time using them because my washer broke. The first time was ok besides it took the laundry 3/4 full rounds to dry. I went again right now to do 2 small loads for my sons baseball this weeken. zero of the smaller washers are working only the large $5.75 washers are working. Annoyed yet I still proceed because I need it done for tomo morning. Well I make the mistake of adding the quarters in first after 3 of the 5.75 I notice the money isn't changing I finished putting the pants in close it and realize it didn't track any of my money. I go and ask the worker and he was zero help. Told me sorry to late I can't help you and can't get your money back once you put it in. Now I know it's $3 not much it's the principle of the fact that I put money that I had just got from his quarter machine. I left and will NEVER go back. I went because it had good reviews. I went over to Wash Time only 2 miles away from tsunami and it's so much better. Don't waste your time supporting this crooked business. read more

The staff has turned over 100% in the past 6 weeks. A shout out to the mature woman who works mornings. She's fine. The other girls just don't know what they're doing. Also, the fluff and fold service has become very expensive. A 16 LB load just cost me $39.00! Crazy! I recently had a few items that were not mine sent home with me including a Marilyn Monroe blanket (someone else's blanket which I paid for the cleaning). I reported this twice. The owner, Terry, was supposed to get back to me on this matter "by the end of the business day" but never did. Customer service begins at the top. There isn't any! My washing machine broke so I had to take my clothes in for Fluff and Fold. $1 a pound $2 a pound for Kid's Clothes. The clerk doesn't know why. I paid it and then see they didn't get chocolate off of my toddler's shirt. If you are going to charge that much, there should be some attention to detail. read more

Very old machines, beat up broken down equipment. I used a giant washer for $9.75 and apparently the door didn't latch correctly BECAUSE IT IS WORN OUT AND WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY! So, the washer wouldn't start after I had put my money in. They cut the power to reset the machine and I closed the door again but they wouldn't refund me the $9.75, I had to put the money in all over again. They wouldn't reimburse me because there is a sign somewhere that says they are not responsible for improper loading of a machine. The bottom line is that this was not fair, they knew I had put money in the machine and they just kept it because of their poorly maintained equipment. read more

The fluff and fold service was exactly what I needed during my "workation" at one of the Men's resorts close by. The attendant was flexible - I paid an extra $1.00 ($2.50/lb) for express service, and they were done by 2 p.m. (I brought the clothes in at about 11:00). Although I was not there that long, folks seemed pandemic compliant for the most part. The attendant at the counter was great - she was friendly and quick to get me in and out of there. I was visiting PS for only five days, but didn't anticipate taking two showers a day! I found this laundromat to be clean and quiet. The radio was playing softly in the background, not too loud. The attendant kept busy, doing her job, and immediately helped me when I needed wash products from a jammed vending machine. All washers and dryers appeared to be functioning. The stainless steel folding tables were shiny and the floor was clean. It was 8:30 AM on a Tuesday morning, very few people and it was relatively cool inside.
