I was really impressed with how clean this laundromat was. The machines were spotless--inside and out--and everything looked very well maintained. The new card reader system was super easy to use, which made the whole process quick and convenient. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. DON'T USE THIS FACILITY! BEWARE! They're holding my laundry hostage. Hours are open until 9:30p on the door. I went out to grab an item from my vehicle around 9:15p and the door locked with my laundry drying inside. I've called the phone number for the business along with the security company number on the door. They texted me back saying their door glitches, it is what it is, and I have to wait until tomorrow morning at 5:30a to collect my clothes. Unacceptable business practices. read more

Dirty. No one on premise. Lost about $4 in quarters. No dryer would accept my card. I tried several dryers. Called for assistance. Took them four hours to text me. Told them what happened. Never heard back. My dryer decided not to work today and I had two washer loads! I left there with wet clothes and - $4. I went to Dutch Made. Clean neat. Assistant on premise. He is so helpful. What more do you need in a laundromat? Clean, safe, and all washers, dryers and coin machine working. I don't like feeling dirty or stranded while doing my laundry. I'll return to WashCo Laundry next time my washer and dryer are there for me. read more

The issues at this Washco Laundromat in Franklin are serious. ongoing, and frankly becoming a joke. Customers literally warn each other about which machines to avoid because so many of them are broken or malfunctioning. There is usually a line for the three washing machines and three dryers that actually work properly, because everyone knows that the rest either leak, don't spin, don't dry, or burn or rip clothing, sheets, and blankets. The change machine is just as unreliable. It often dispenses the wrong amount of change, shortening customers anywhere from few quarters to over $10. Sometimes it doesn't dispense change at all after it takes your bill. Getting your money back requires contacting the number on the wall and takes months for the "office" to issue a refund and to arrive by check. Several machines don't work properly. Some dryers burned clothes, while others don't dry anything even after multiple cycles. A few washers leak, leading to puddles on the floor, and some barely use any water. Others don't spin at the end, leaving clothes soaking wet. One dryer has a sharp metal inside the "drum" that rips clothes. I have reported damage to my clothing, only to be told that they are not responsible for damage or lost clothing, citing a small sign posted on a door inside the establishment. They chose to ghost me after this reply. I ended up having to replace essential clothing out of my own pocket. At this point, they might as well put a LARGE sign on each of their machine saying "Use at your own risk. We can NOT guarantee that this machine is working properly." Use this laundromat with caution. Or better yet, find another one until they fix the machines and address customer concerns. read more

Lots of different sized options for doing laundry so you can definitely bring your king-sized duvets! Prices seemed a little high but it's been a minute since I needed a laundromat (try 20 years!) so I have no reference. The machines were not accepting cards while I was there but luckily I had a bunch of quarters so I was cool. There were vending machines and a television playing daytime TV quite loudly. Dryers take FOREVER for a small batch of clothes. We ran the 50 cent one 6 times and the clothes were still wet. Washer tore my $180 blanket up and looks like it burnt it too. I washed it on every setting low and cold. read more

OPEN 24 HOURS!!! Sooo when your washer or dryer breaks and you need to finish a load you can simply do just that, at any time. Overall vibe = Not scary, thankfully. Also there were several cameras, I noticed. It was super bright, like blindingly bright in there and any trash or nicks really stuck out. There was a larger TV in the back and it was great to watch HGTV while waiting. However, they do have wifi, so you could just bring your ipad or phone and watch your shows on that instead. Although, I'm not sure - if everyone was watching on their own devices at the same time I would guess the wifi would get bogged down. I feel like it was pretty affordable, standard laundromat situation. I noticed there were some games and even a jukebox to play some tunes with some coins. I didn't notice any out of order signs which is pretty great to see. It's well kept and I would highly recommend them. read more

I needed to wash some furry pet bedding and this place was perfect. It was $8 for their highest capacity washer but us was done in about 35min. I spent maybe $1.50 on drying and it was all so much easier than my home set up. The place is super clean, doesn't feel sketchy and it's in the middle of other businesses. read more

Beware of this laundromat! Machines will steal your money! There's at least three or four washers and dryer's that will give you a digital readout what to pay but after you put the money in they don't work. And there's no way to tell if they work or not. And there's no one who works there on site to help you! Then you have to go through a huge hassle just getting your four or five dollars back that you lost from unresponsive unhelpful people. Save your money and go to Vegas or you can lose it here, it's just less fun When you're trying to get your freaking laundry done. read more

We were visiting on vacation for 2 weeks and recurrently used this laundromat. The clothes got cleaned quickly which I appreciated (being on vacation). The proprietor keeps the place pleasant, clean & provided great magazines which were a blessing to read while waiting. (Next to the laundromat there is a Mexican restaurant with wonderful food. They have a fabulous sale on fish tacos Tuesdays I think after 4 P.M. We learned to clean clothes on Tuesdays in the afternoon & could leave w/clean clothes and fish tacos.) read more

We wanted to do Spring Cleaning and wanted to use the triple loader wash machines. Unfortunately, both large were out of service. The others? Still $7.50. Then, the washer leaked out of machine onto floor. The coin change machine was broken. You can use a card- but multiple charges for 75 cents make Bank assume fraud! Also, clothes had been stolen per another guest, have to stay onsite and alert. But, due to their many machines out if service and change machine not working- got barely half done. WashCo Laundry in Franklin, TN is the best around. The lady that works there is so nice and helpful. The machines are new and even take credit cards. When your purchase shows in your credit card account it shows as one purchase which keeps it simple. The large screen TV and free Wi-Fi is a great bonus on top of everything else. My husband and I are without a washer and dryer for the time being, so we have no choice but to use a laundromat. This is the third time that we have come here to do laundry that the paper towels in the bathroom were completely out. The first time, the soap was completely empty as well, which during a pandemic is unacceptable. It also doesn't appear that things like tables and chairs are being wiped down very often and the kids toys should be completely removed during Covid for safety and to prevent spread of disease. The larger "Speed Queen" dryers seem to take an unusually long time to dry clothes and the loads we are putting in there are much smaller than the dryer allows. Either the lint traps aren't getting cleaned or it's an easy way to get more money from customers as you only get 9 minutes of dry time before you have to pay more money. Today the card reader on one of the "Giant Load" washing machines would not work for any of our cards and we had already put the liquid detergent in and that ended up being a waste. Seems like the owner needs to spend a little more time with maintenance and upkeep and take more precautions during Covid. read more
