We had two cars with memberships for over a year. In the beginning, they were absolutely great. However, the quality of the wash slowly went down. On more than one occasion, the car ahead of me left some kind of sticky grime in the wash that then was swirled all over my car. They did check the wash and then have me go through again. But slowly over time, the wash was less and less clean and either the vacuum hoses would break while you were using them or VERY OFTEN they were closed off. The car was never anywhere near dry and always had soap remnants. I was disappointed when the quality went down as it was a fantastic wash when they first opened but did not maintain the high quality standard that made it worth the $40/month I paid for unlimited washes for 1 car. We gave it over a year of our time and money and finally had to say good bye. We were never treated unkindly by the staff. They were always friendly adn did what was in their power to remedy any problem. But too often there was nothing they could do. The wash just didn't clean. It just seems that the maintenance and upkeep of the wash wasn't priority to ownership. We wish them luck and until we read/hear reviews that they've returned to their original quality, we won't be back. Money for a car wash is too valuable to be wasted. read more

You are basically paying $10 to have water spots all over your car. Be prepared and bring plenty of towels because your car will be very wet coming out of the wash. It does get it pretty clean but if I'm paying $10 I would expect it to do a much better job drying. For that price, probably better off washing at home or going to the coin op places with the wands and doing it yourself. read more

The car wash is the best auto wash you can find. The management customer service could not get any worse. Just know that if something goes wrong while you are in the wash, management does not care nor will they help to remedy the solution. I have 2 memberships here. I went through the wash and a hydraulic line from the car wash machine burst covering my vehicle from front to back in hydraulic oil. While an inconvenience sh!t happens and usually the car wash will take care of it and clean the car. Get out of the wash and the employees gladly clean my car with dawn to cut the hydraulic fluid. Problem is they only clean about half of it. I now have hydraulic fluid in the bed, all over windows and my windshield wipers are coated in it. I proceed to work thinking I'll just call the wash later. Mgmt was not in early and the two ladies that helped me really did try. I call mgmt and receive a return call from a snippy gentleman telling me that my only option is to run it through again. They will let me run it through one time. He said it would get the remaining oil off and that should be the end of the problem. I go back up, run it through again and it did not come off. No one is around to help but the friendly lady from the am comes from around a corner to help. She offers to get me more dawn and we can try to spray it. I just have to back through the busy parking lot to the other side. In the back up I hit a pole, while this is not their fault it ads to frustration. I'm handed a hose and dawn and proceed To try and spray down my truck. It again does not work. Edit for accuracy: the manager offered to spray the truck down but couldnt get to the windows etc so I did it myself. They did offer to help. Now I have a dented bumper ( again this ones on me) and a truck covered in hydraulic oil that is now my problem to clean. Employees tried but management failed and just frankly didn't care. I do have 2 memberships here and, like I said, the wash is great. Unfortunately their lack of care for the customer will outweigh a good product, there are plenty of other washes to go to. read more

Knocked my BMW decal off the back of my car. They even confirmed that before the wash it was on my car and when asked to see the video footage I was told no because I "am not the primary owner on the insurance" as I am the secondary because I am on a shared insurance with my parents. I tried to be nice to ask if they would look for it in the wash and they were just rude and snobby. Basically told me no just to say no! Also the car wash left my car dirty! read more

Signed up for their monthly car washes and so far we are very happy. The staff is helpful and the car wash does a good job cleaning the exterior of the vehicle. Our only criticism is the limited time on the vacuums...but if you're a monthly member then that usually isn't a huge concern. read more

Management is horrible, their system completely ripped apart my husbands truck. Initially supervisor on shift said that they'd stake care of everything. But could never get a hold of anyone, had to call daily for updates and kept being told they'd get back to us. Only time we heard from management was two weeks later basically to blame us for the incident after "reviewing videos" however would not allow for us to view said videos. However they are quick to reply to our public reviews with complete false claims, as if they were unaware of all these negative claims, very unprofessional. Talked with other neighbors in Weatherford area and they are notorious for causing damage to cars. Avoid this place! read more

First time going to this wash. After spending $15 on a car wash that did not remove the dirt or bird poop from my truck, I definitely will not be back! I tried finding an employee to show that the car wash did not wash my truck, but there was no one anywhere. I will be disputing the charges since I wasn't able to find someone to help anywhere. read more

I called the number listed on my receipt and the web address (682)290-0010 to inquire about an issue with billing. You see, I received a charge on my credit card today 7/14/21...nearly a month after I canceled the monthly membership, which was on 6/23/21 and I also have not received the credit of $26.66 for the pro-rated amount they promised me would be credited back to my account and is printed on the statement they gave on 6/23/21. Currently the charge is pending, so my bank instructed me to call the Washhouse to get them to handle it before it goes through. So, I did, and after it went to voicemail with the first call, I tried again, then I heard a message of no voicemail was set up. I called a few times and was able to leave a message with my name and number asking for a return call. I left a couple of messages now because I'm not even sure if the number is correct because the message is automated and only stated the number (817)304-6214 which isn't even the same number I dialed and it doesn't even mention a business name which really seems sketchy to me. My hope is, that after the transaction goes through it is adjusted as a credit and not a charge, but I am reserving my full judgment. I must say though...at this point, it's not looking so good. We'll see. Fingers crossed. Edit: As of today 7/16/2021 I have not received a callback and the fraudulent charge went through on my card. They now.. not only owe me the pro-rated amount of $26.66 but they owe me the $39.99 they charged for a membership I cancelled in person on 6/23/21..for a total of $66.65! read more

Very unprofessional, hood scratched, non responsive management. Have a car less than 45 days old, only have used this car wash, day of wash when vacuuming my vehicle I noticed the scratches. Attendant told me she would take pictures and give to management. Took me contacting them daily, FINALLY received a text, not a call that between certain hours I could bring the vehicle, but based on pictures nothing would be done. Took vehicle in person on her terms, said she agreed could be from car wash, but would have to be determined by GM. GM only there at a certain timeframe, went again to take vehicle, he had an attitude when I arrived, told me the direction in which the scratches were could not be from the car wash. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Tried this place for the first time and the attendant was nice enough to offer me a free wash. After exiting the wash I realized my gas cover was open. Turns out the wash had nearly torn off my gas cover causing a $300 repair. The manager said they wouldn't pay any money for repairing the damage because my car was slightly older than their 5 year cutoff. So my "free wash" cost me $300.... While my car was in the bay my vehicle received $3000 worth of damage. The employee heard the noise and witnessed everything including the damage bumper to bumper on the drivers side. My vehicle is brand new 2021 and was completely without damage prior to this. Although there was video and a staff member who witnessed this the company has stalled and utilized the staff member, not management, to communicate with me. I called daily and was informed, "this remains under investigation." I am a hospice employee and a single mom and fully dependent on my vehicle, which is also my office. This company refused to rent me a car and almost three weeks later I am still dealing with this company who refused to do the right thing. Incredibly poor business ethics and practice. I had to stay in daily contact with the staff member, this was unnecessarily time consuming and stressful. This company never initiated contact with me. Also, just recently this company finally approved that I take my vehicle into a local body shop and while at this location I met another customer who was also having repairs completed due to damage from this location. Another interesting fact at that time there were three cars at this body shop having repairs due to this car wash. Read the reviews, lots of damage reported here at this location.
