This place sucks! Went through and saw that the wheel cleaner didn't work, told the worker, he said go back through again, and AGAIN it's not working. So the wheels look bad still and I paid for it! And 3 of the vacuums didn't work. The workers didn't seem to care too much about the issues. read more

DONT go here. Once you swipe your card for the good deal price, they will continue to charge you $40 every single month despite requesting to cancel over and over. Their excuse for this? Oh but it was in that 20 page agreement on the pay screen when you swiped your card! Their corporate headquarters won't even answer the phone. You will NOT get an email back about the money they owe you either. I was told after discovering the charges, to come in person, but they fail to tell you the manager has to be present. I did actually catch a manager once and she refunded me a month of charges (their refund limit is $50 FYI) and SAID it was cancelled. I got charged the next month! Called again and Elizabeth tells me I have to come back in because that was a "new manager" and she didn't realize how to properly cancel the membership I NEVER agreed to! So I drive back in, only to be told the manager is not there. This place is the absolute worst and they now owe me $200. Which corporate will not even call me back about. This place gets your car about 85% clean... which is good for nothing really. Expect dirt to remain on/around areas that aren't smooth. Especially the back. Bugs? Still there. Tires...what I would expect if I'd asked my 7 year old to clean them. Blow driers blew my 4Runner's rubber roof strip things out of their fitting. The vacuums suck hard (in a good way) - but they only have the narrow nozzles. They have wet-ish rags you can use which is nice for the door jams, etc... also to clean up the aforementioned left over dirt spots. Pass. read more

Dirty, frequently closed due to poor maintenance! My wife and I regrettably cancelled our two premium memberships ($39.95/monthly) to this car wash we've used for at least 3 years. Despite its excellent location and a wonderful, welcoming management team in Lara & her supervisor, Alaina, this car wash is in need of major upgrades and renovations! It's a shame the owner(s) don't reinvest in new equipment and brushes, etc. because I can't count the number of times like this morning, Saturday January 13, 2024 when we drove to the Hudson Oaks Whitewater Car Wash only to find most of the brushes not functioning so they had to close right after opening at 8:30 AM on a busy Saturday! Even when this location is open vacuums are frequently clogged, car bays dirty, dry towels unavailable or over saturated and most importantly your car often comes out looking WORSE in appearance with grease from leaking equipment and overused brushes! One such day I had to take my new car through 6 times and with the kind help from Alaina the manager assisting me remove all the grease spots all over my glass and car! There's a new car wash over by Hobby Lobby in Weatherford where we will now take our business. Get your act together owner(s): reinvest & renovate in Hudson Oaks Whitewater Car Wash!!! And pray you don't lose quality employees like Alaina and Lara--they deserve better support! read more

My SPO Cover got damaged on my drivers side tire when entering the wash. I told the lady guiding me in that I hear a sound and something isn't right. She said "nothing is getting damaged to keep coming in." After going through the wash I parked my car in the vacuum area and seen that it was bent. The manger took pictures and made a claim. It cost me $93 for a new one. Manger made a copy of the receipt. I finally heard from the GM after 4 days after me keeping on bugging them. He said" the video shows it was already that way before I entered the wash. That maybe the wind did it" Really??!! My car stays in a nice closed garage. I always check my tires before going anywhere. I went straight to the wash after leaving my house and I didn't hit or run over anything. It is really sad this place can't own up to that their employee didn't guide me in right and the cover was damage. I guess they need the $93 more than me. Always an issue with the sticker on my windshield that is supposed to allow me to proceed into the car wash it doesn't work. It has never worked. I have brought it to the attention of the employees and they just shrug it off and don't give a damn. read more

Wife noticed damaged paint when she returned from going through the car wash. She immediately went back and showed them. The worker even said "this is the worst he's seen" but she would need to speak with manager. She did that last Tuesday. After a week of runaround, they have "reviewed" cameras and can't see damage before or after. Even offered to be so generous to let us review footage. I'm sure the camera angle is by design to not see anything. I've turned it over to my insurance company. We've used this car wash for years, but never again. I took my car into Whitewater Xpress on Friday. I had just got my car fixed from a wreck and had front end damage. I had to get a whole new hood put on it and when they put on Eric, you know my insurance company covered it so I went to the car wash Whitewater express and washed my car, and when I came out, I went home and I noticed I had a big scratch across my den, and it looked like, it was on my hood like they had buffed it and this was a car wash. It should not have looked like that the scratch shouldn't have been there I took it back to and he said that if he buffs it it cost $75 if it comes out if not, it's gonna cost me $520 and they refuse to pay for the $75 that I got buffed out and I've got my receipt and all of the documents that showed that my car got worked on painting body Raymond said if you will send him their email address, he will send them the photos Caleb who is the manager of that store said there is nothing he can do and nothing that he can help me get a hold of the general manager to take care of this, so no I would not take my car into a car wash like that because it has debris tangled up in theflaps that wash your car so be careful and that's just a warning read more

Basic car wash was $4. Then during inflation they increased it to $7 during the summer because according to them, due to inflation. First, water and electricity didn't increase because of inflation, and secondly, that is a 57% increase! Higher than the actual rate of inflation. For the most part, it is definitely a good value for the price of a monthly membership. That being said, there are some areas for improvement. I'm not sure why they close at 6 PM on a Sunday... A lot of people can't even get to the car wash except for on the weekend, so closing at 6 PM on a Sunday basically is making it where they are losing some business. Other than that I can't really complain about anything except the other night I was up there to get my car washed, and when I finished I was drying the windows off and about to vacuum When the vacuums were shut off and the employees all left and went home. Obviously it was closing time, but none of the employees approached me to ask me if I was finished or give me any kind of warning that they were going to shut off the air system to the vacuums. read more

I get an ok car wash but for 8 dollars being the cheapest option it seems like the vacuums should be working better, always I have to move at least once to get working vacuums on both sides. Looking at all the reviews to see if my car was just a "fluke," I found out others have the exact same problems I had. First, a couple of years ago the car wash pulled the back bumper off. A man that worked there duck taped it on just like another reviewer had the same experience! More recently, the car wash put a long scratch starting at the hood to the roof all the way to the back of the roof (this is on my 2021 Palisade). I didn't notice the scratch at first, I don't always dry it with their towels the provide. When I did notice the scratch I really didn't look that closely. The next time my husband was with me & he looked closer, discovered the extent of the scratch! He talked to a manager (?) said they would review the videos of when I had gone thru the wash. (I have a monthly "the works" pkg.) My husband told them I go there all the time--usually I do but the timeframe we were looking at I didn't go often because 1. It rained a lot for the month in question and, 2. We had been out of town on vacation for a couple of weeks. Went back they said the car wash didn't do the scratch. Case closed to their satisfaction! Not mine. I am out of town every couple of weeks, I decided to cancel my membership. I called the car wash, left msg. that I wanted to cancel & requested a return call. Never heard from them-- like another reviewer said of his experience. I will cancel thru my credit card acct. like I should have done 4 months ago. I think all the bad reviews do not understand this is not a full service car wash. No automated car wash is going to get your car perfectly clean and dry. The difference is you pay extra at a full service car wash to have someone wipe it down for you. Here you do that for yourself and save $$. If you want to have a perfectly clean car without having to lay a hand on it yourself, find a full service wash and open your wallet. I have been using this wash since it opened. Their monthly clubs are the best thing going. You can wash your car DAILY if you want for less than 20 bucks a month depending on the services you choose. I have always found the staff helpful. Occasionally, there will be a broken vacuum, and all you have to do is tell them and they get on it. Things break people! The place is clean and the trash cans are never full. She finally went up there and raised a stink to get our credit card removed from auto pay. Ridiculous to do business with. Car wash is great but canceling is made extremely difficult. I paid an extra $2 for "wheel wash" and the wash was exactly the same as the regular $4 wash. The nozzle on the vacuum was broken so I had to move to find one that wasn't broken. Still, for $4, a great value. I just won't ever pay for the extra services again. read more
