Rejected because my truck was too dirty?! Get a pressure washer and figure out how to serve the community around you. Went in for $13.99 carwash on March 24. Don't know this employee's name, Employee 994382. This guy was horrible... he tried to bully/badger us into buying a membership. We (both my husband and I) told him 3 times "no thank you". Can we just get the $13.99 single wash. He responded that if we couldn't be nice, he didn't have to allow us to use the carwash! He wanted an explanation from both of us on WHY we didn't want the membership. This business truly needs to rethink their training/customer service for their employees. Went there today told the young man I wanted the 1399 car wash. He told me he had to read this card and go over all the specials which I let him do when he was done I said thank you but I only want the 1399 wash. He continue to harass me and asked me personal questions as to how often am I in Weatherford and so on. I again told him I wanted the 1399 wash and tried to hand my credit card for processing. He refused to take my credit card at this point. I rolled up my window and left. I asked to speak with the manager Female came out and was no help basically took his side and told him that he has to read over that I said he went way beyond that to the point of harassing now instead of getting 1399 for a wash you lost a customer forever. read more

Went there on august 4th around 8:30 they had a whole 30 more minutes before closing but rejected washing cars. My friend and me who got stuck in mud earlier that day was wanting to get it cleaned. Imagine the BAD day my friend was having and they rejected her. So she drove another 6 minutes and got it cleaned and was able to drive all the way back before they even CLOSED. It was two guys working that were teens. One that has a buzz but looked very bald with glasses and the other was a slightly handsome boy so it was hard to be mad. But they refused to help. I had to tell him 4 times I simply wanted a 1x wash. His statement was I had to do my job even when I calmly explained to him I just wanted a 1x car wash. After I told the guy over 10 times just one wash he told me I was being rude that I didn't let him finish what he's required to say. all I wanted was one car wash that was $25 and he literally harassed me to the point where I just turned the car around and left. DO NOT EVER go to Rocket Carwash in Weatherford!! We went to get one car wash for 20$! After we told him we only wanted the one wash he asked us why we weren't members. After we politely said we just want one wash he continued to talk over us asking and demanding to know why we wouldn't take advantage of a membership deal. We repeated once again we just wanted one wash for 20$ even tried to give him the card. The worker would NOT take the payment and kept asking us why we would not sign up for a membership. I have NEVER left before I had my car washed at a location, but the guy was relentlessly trying to sell me a membership for something I did not want. I told him more than four times that I do not live in the area and please just let me purchase my car wash, but he would not stop. He even offered to put a reminder on my phone to cancel my membership before the month was out so that I only had to pay nine dollars instead of the $18 for the wash. I tried repeatedly to tell him that I do not live near there, and I did not need another membership, but he would not quit. Update: windshield wiper replacement was reimbursed. Manager was very cooperative. Current issue is my credit card has 3 charges on it when my account at local carwash only shows 1 charge. (My rear window windshield wiper was broken completely off, finding 2 of 4 pieces, and found paint scraped off my car where it pulled the plastic body panels apart. Local manager says they added a sign at the entrance of the "tunnel" stating they are not responsible for any damage... but that is not in the written contract I signed. I have been a member for over a year with 5 vehicles. My expedition was damaged two times and they would not reimburse me for the 2nd damage. The owner hides behind a keyboard and there is no way to get a hold of them on the phone. I just cancelled all 5 memberships and I will make sure everybody I know stays away from that car wash. read more

The high pressure sales pitch is beyond ridiculous but today crossed the line into rude. When I listened politely then said no that should have been enough...it wasn't. Repeatedly said "no, thank you. I only want the single wash" and was ignored as he kept talking. The topper was when I finally said enough let me pay for one wash or let me out of line and I won't buy anything. He proceeded to "explain" to me how money works and I would save money if I would just listen!! Needless to say I didn't purchase a single wash much less a membership. No less than ten times I declined he still kept up the sales pitch. Not only lost myself as a customer today but the rest of my family as well. Buyers Beware!!! My dad who came to visit me from out of town, used their services once while in town. He was offered their membership services when he pulled up but declined telling them he's from out of town and just needed a single wash. My dad was tricked into thinking he was signing a credit card slip that turned out to be a membership!!! My dad was unknowingly being charged for nine months until it was finally caught. The manager refused to take any accountability for what was done and took a week to respond back to me. He claimed to have cancelled my membership only to have it billed AGAIN the following month!!! This business makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel their memberships. Be prepared to be on hold for an hour due the establishment always being short staffed. I don't know how they have stayed in business for this long! Their basic lack of customer service is appalling! I would also be careful when using their car vacuums because there are bees flying all around their trash cans. There are far better car washes in Weatherford that service way better than this place! Poor cancellation service and bad customer service over phone: They do not cancel service at the place you buy car wash and asked to call at number where you could be on hold over 15 minutes sometimes and also to call 7 days in advance of billing date to cancel for avoiding charged @$40 per month. We would have made these complaints directly to Rocket Carwash in Weatherford, but it seems these days people seem to care less about their poor service. So, here we go...... We have used their car wash several times. We even bought a pass. In that time, we had our licsence plate frame bent one time. Another time, the kid that directs the cars inside threw a fit and was yelling the F word about 3 times because the track seemed to be pulling our car in before it was time, and ended up too close to the car in front of us. So we got to listen to that tirade. The last time was the last straw. We didn't want to buy another pass, we just wanted to get in, get our car washed and get to our destination. But the kid in the dark sunglasses, I imagine so that you couldn't look him in the eyes (as he was clearly not standing in the sun ), kept pushing..and I mean pushing us to buy another pass. He would NOT take no for an answer. I kindly answered no thank you 3 times and he just kept trying to push it on us. My husband told me afterwards, that I was too nice about it. Which I know that I was, given how rude and pushy this kid was. We told him why we didn't want a pass to begin with and that it was because we don't wash our car that often. But he wouldn't stop and made us listen to his entirely long salesman pitch. Not only that, but he came off just plain rude. There are plenty of car washes around town to go to. Corporate car wash I had a damage problem I've been a member of Rocket car for 2 years since I moved to the area . Last Friday I went to the car wash and when I exited I noticed my window was cracked. I talked to the manager. He took all My information. He sent it to corporate Then corporate said my window was cracked before I entered the car wash. I looked at the pictures it wasn't cracked when I entered it was cracked when I exited. I told the rude customer service representative to send me some close up pictures. But to no avail. So the car wash that I used 2 or 3 times weekly won't respond. So I have to pay $1000 dollars that there equipment chased. So I can't wait for the new car wash to open right down the street read more
