After explaining to the worker she informed me that my clothes had been mixed and washed with someone else's by mistake. I had to then stand there and go through every piece of clothing in 5 laundry bags to find what belonged to me and what didn't. After 45 minutes of going through laundry we reached the end of the bags and I still did not have all my clothing. At the end the issue was not resolved and I am leaving without all the clothes I brought in and there is no way for me to be able to tell or any solution . All I was given was an apology from the worker and that's it. I would not recommend this to anyone in the area so many different laundromats that's wouldn't make such a simple but huge mistake. The laundromat is clean, well kept, and everything seems to be maintained nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful, which always makes the experience better when you're spending time doing laundry. Only small suggestion: the snack machine could really use a diet drink option. Some of us can't have sugary drinks, so having a diet soda or zero-sugar choice would be great. Overall though, a very good experience and definitely a solid place to get your laundry done.
