Well as I was loading up the dryers the attendant told me that the owner wanted to speak to me. The owner then told me that the hay was blocking up the dry cleaners vents next door and I should perhaps use another laundromat as it's a $400 fee every time for her which os bullsh*t. That's fine she doesn't need the money I've been feeding into her machines sometimes 2or 3 times a week for the last 3 years.. Don't treat your customers like a burden and you'll continue to get their money.

Before going to Ace French dry cleaners, I went to several other cleaners closer to my residence, but unfortunately, no one could Steam the dress the same day. Peter and his family took it upon themselves to stop everything they were doing and steam the dress for me on the spot without question, even though I was never a customer there before. While waiting for the dress, I had the opportunity to observe how they treat their customer , and it makes me so happy to know that there are still family operated businesses out there that care not only about the work they do but the people who bring them business. Upon entering the store, it seemed like they knew everybody and greeted everyone by their first name with a warm loving smile and polite chit chat! I usually don't write yelp reviews, but I felt overwhelmingly compelled that I had to let everyone possible know about my experience that a Desperate situation into one of extreme happiness and hope. Plenty of parking, friendly employees, large quick washers and dryers. The wash house also offers laundry service. You have to load up a prepaid card with money in order to use the machines. After explaining to the worker she informed me that my clothes had been mixed and washed with someone else's by mistake. I had to then stand there and go through every piece of clothing in 5 laundry bags to find what belonged to me and what didn't. After 45 minutes of going through laundry we reached the end of the bags and I still did not have all my clothing. At the end the issue was not resolved and I am leaving without all the clothes I brought in and there is no way for me to be able to tell or any solution . All I was given was an apology from the worker and that's it. I would not recommend this to anyone in the area so many different laundromats that's wouldn't make such a simple but huge mistake. DO NOT COME HERE!!
