Very very bad dryers. Put in $1.50 for a small load and clothes still damp. Absolutely never again. The setting was in high but the door never got hit or warm to the touch. Never again very poor dryer heat. Washers where ok but dryers are horrible heat setting on dryers are set real low. read more

I have been using Plaza Laundry (drop off service) for over 10 years. I have seen this business change ownership a few times. The most recent owner is a lass from 'across the pond' (Deb). She brings her own vision of what this business could be. Greeting customers with a smile and a few words (if time allows). Deb will ask if you have any requests regarding your laundry. Previous owners have acted like they were doing you a favor by accepting your laundry. The schedule has changed with regard to hours and being open 7 days per week. As far as I can tell is that Plaza Laundry is getting better in service and equipment. I suggest you give this improved business a try!!!!! read more

This laundromat is the best! Their "wash and fold" service costs little more than doing it myself and the folding is perfect! The new owners are committed to excellance and always make their 24 hour turnaround. The place is not clean, especially the dryers, you can see dust and a thick layer of yellowish stuff on the door. The person works there refused to wipe it, said it is clean, and do not let me do it myself. She called police to get me out of there, I waited there for police to show up. What did the police say? I was looking for a laundry service since my apartment does not have larger size machines and wash and fold service just makes my life easier. I had heard some good things about Plaza Laundry and saw that they had a large assortment of machines recently when I had to run an errand in the Airport Plaza location. However, I will not use this business due to their vulgar political message on their sandwich board sign outside. The "Lets Go Brandon" on their sign, relevant to nothing laundry-related, was an immediate turn-off. We all know what this means and its not what I want to see from a business that is going to be washing my family's clothes. No matter where your political opinions or allegiances lie this is not the appropriate manner to express them. This is a pass for my business! read more

Living in an apartment complex sometimes id rather use higher load machines. Going to Plaza Laundry is always easy and the staff is extremely nice. I do bring my toddler twins sometimes and they never give me grief, always accommodating. I did my first wash and fold service and am pleased with results; done timely, very neat and no wrinkles even on my dress shirts. They folded pants weird causing a wrinkle on the in-seam, but that's an easy fix. I use this laundromat 3-4x a month and will continue to do so! read more

You could have easily called me and asked me if I want to wash couch throw on for extra money. I used these services 5 times where they washed a throw on for free. The owner had my phone number decided to add an extra 20$ without asking me if I am okay with this, after front desk told me it's 39$ she tried charging me 59$. Has huge attitude won't let you talk and leaves super rude voice messages and a scammer. The more you use their services the more extra charges she will start adding which wasn't added in the beginning. Later telling me it was a favor. How am I supposed to know it was a favor? From my understanding it was only extra for queen size huge white heavy blankets not couch throw on. You are very unprofessional and a scammer... you have my number no one ever told me couch throw on like these are extra especially when previously it was washed at same cost of all clothes. No one explained nothing to me. Just because I washed my clothes there 5 times don't mean I know the rules. Super unprofessional super rude has zero knowledge how to communicate. Never coming again. Make sure ask them all the rules because they want call you to let you know anything and just add it. read more

When my washer broke, and i had a full laundry baskets I needed a place to go ASAP! I looked and plaza laundry was the closest to my house. I called before walking in, girl on the phone was very nice, and laundry was dropped, and ready within 12 hours! Super clean and easy.. will def be using them again read more

I have been going to this place for years. While its true that some of the machines are old. ou cant kill a maytag top loader. The place is always so clean and the people are nice... Very seldom do the machines Take your money and that a no hassle event. The Owner is a man?!? Not sure where mike is comming from... but it sounds to me like he went to the wrong place or has issues. I've been coming here for years and always get top notch service. Their drop off service is fantastic - I leave the bags and all the clothes are properly sorted and hung exactly the way I like them. I left my favorite comforter to be washed and although it had two rips, I just couldn't part with it. When I picked up my comforter, not only did Lisa wash it - SHE STITCHED BOTH RIPS --. This is the only laundromat I will go to in this area. It is always spotless and has lots of clean space to do folding, etc. When I am too busy to do my own, I can drop it off and they will wash it and have it all folded and ready for me for a very reasonable price. I can also drop off my dry cleaning here so it is one stop shopping. The lady who owns it is super-nice and there is always someone there to help with whatever you might need. I tried another laundromat down the road and they were so mean there and the place was full of dust. I will only go to Plaza Laundry from now on. read more

I live 30 minutes away and have a dozen laundromats in between, but pass all of them to go to plaza. It is always immaculate and the staff are always willing to help when needed! The owner is always there making sure every machine is clean and in perfect working order which shows alot about her ownership! I like doing laundry but if you don't they have great wash n fold at reasonable price. I highly recommend checking it out!!!! read more
