Dr. Fixit replaced the battery in my IPhone 6s for a very reasonable cost and in a very timely manner. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Fixit did a great job. The process was convenient and so easy! He also offered to recycle my old battery, so I didn't have to worry about it. My battery health is now 100%. I'm really glad Dr. Fixit was able to replace my battery for a fraction of what it would've cost to replace the phone.

Charles Marks, the owner, came out to give us the suggestion of adding small balls to the inside of the ring. This prevents spinning but allows it to fit over her knuckle. I went in for a battery replacement and they knocked a number loose on my watch face. I went back in and he told me they wouldn't fix it without charging me $15. I told him that I was not okay with that and we bickered a moment or two before he told me he wouldn't charge me. I went it to pick it up today and the owner told me that because I didn't buy it there, they were not responsible. I told him that in my opinion, they in fact were responsible. I brought in a perfectly fine watch and got it back missing a number on the face that was floating around under the crystal. He said, "if your watch can't handle a battery replacement, that's not our fault." I've had this watch 18 years and never had an issue with numerous battery changes. The number was disloged while the watch was in their possession. I don't have the tools to remove the crystal, nor the knowledge so I certainly didn't do it. I don't know how he couldn't see a number floating around inside after he placed the crystal back on the watch. Incredibly poor attention to detail. That said, I don't know how this couldn't be their responsibility. He ultimately did not charge me but made it clear that he would not take care of an issue such as this again, which is fine, because I won't trust him or the grumpy battery man with my jewelry again.
