Called to ask for advice on how to fix a rig purchased from this location. Whoever answered the phone was rude an accusatory. Advised I had had the rig for over a month and now is no longer working - before I could finish my sentence (which was to ask if anyone else had the same malfunction I had) the person on the phone said "yea it was probably something you guys did to it so we can't really help". As I proceeded to try to finish my sentence and let him know I didn't blame them or want a return - he proceeds to interrupt again. 0/10 customer service. I came to D.C for a skate trip with some homies. I was originally gonna go to another dispo, but this place claimed to have live rosin. I bought their deal of spend $560 get $160 off and got 14g of "live rosin" for $400. The product that was claimed to be live rosin was very low quality live resin. I knew it was too good to be true. Should've spent $70/ g at another dispo instead of trying to cheap my way out. Not only that the jars of this low quality live resin didn't even weigh out to be 1 gram. The difference between live resin and live rosin is live resin is much cheaper to produce and uses chemical solvents to produce. Live rosin uses no chemicals, which Is why I prefer to smoke that. ^^^all that being said my finally review on their "live rosin" is 0/10. It is not live rosin, it is low quality live resin with added botanical terps. YUCKKKK I also bought some "exotic dabber doobies" these joint were just regular sized joints. They claimed to be infused, but they had 0 concentrates in them. For $20 I expected to get a king size joint with a little concentrate(I wasn't being picky) I smoke it and it was just a regular joint and it was loose asf. I roll fatter joints regularly for my personal. ^^^ my final review on the "exotic dabber doobies" 0/10. They have 0 concentrates in them and are not worth $20. Don't waste your money. Further more, I bought some THC-A diamonds. These were the only product I can say was sub-par, and that's being extremely nice. The diamonds were nice looking, and had 0 flavor. That was great that's how they're supposed to be right! Well when I dabbed some it had this weird burn in the back of my throat that I've never experienced from good diamonds. They also heavily lacked in quality of the product as it barely had any effect. ^^^ with all that being said I give the diamonds a 1/10 only reason they get a 1 is because the product is actually what it's said to be. I purchased some flower as well, I can't remember the strains, but I paid for a ounce. I spent $180, for $180 I got what I expected. The flower was decent they all had a good terp profile, burned nice, and good effect. They package it with very tight Mylar bags which squish the nugs altogether, I do not like that. ^^^ my final review on the flower is 6/10 it was alright Ig. They need better packaging methods. I'd rather take the classic sandwich baggie over those tight Mylar bags that squish my lovely nugs. My final review on this dispensary as a whole is 0/10. For calling themselves dc dabbers club, they have very poor quality concentrates. I expected much more out of this place by the name and was highly disappointed. I highly advise nobody to shop here as there are plenty of better options out there. One weird thing about this place to is, they'll give you 1 free joint if you give them a like and a share on Facebook and instagram. I guess they do that to make their establishment look better. Two months ago I came to this dispensary to purchase some joints. They don't sell pre-packaged joints, only ones they roll at the store. I was told the joints were a mix between sativa and indica. I bought 6. Went home, smoked one of the joints and it put me to sleep. Thinking I may have been tired, I smoked again the next day - same thing. I returned to ask to replace the remaining five joints with a flower. The same young woman who 'helped' me before argued with me and said that the same pot has different effects on different people. I've been smoking pot since the 70s, and I know the high I get with a blend. She phoned her boss and was instructed to allow me to trade in. She hung up and continued to 'help' me with a hostile attitude. I bought 4.2 grams and requested to have them rolled into joints. She went into the back room to roll them and came back with 6 joints. I questioned her and she responded 'I did the best I could'. I knew I was ripped off, but didn't have proof. I wish I'd had a scale. For proof I returned two weeks ago and purchased another flower and she was still there. Fortunately this time a slightly older gentleman was working with her. I bought another 4.2 gram flower and asked to have them rolled into joints. She went into the back to prepare them. While I waited I asked the guy how many joints I should get out of the 4.2 grams. He said 13 or 14. Sure enough I got 14 joints this time. When I questioned her, she said she probably rolled the other joints bigger. Come on!! If you're going to shop here, bring a scale. Today I've got time lol...This place is honestly a joke. I went in for the first time and had a decent experience besides the weird ass "security" at the door. (Literally no sense of service and zero initiative. Completely lacking life..) Checked my ID with her hands in her pockets. Absolutely ZERO purpose. The second time I went in and proceeded to tell the beautiful young lady with the gap tooth (she's wonderful btw, great attitude) how much I loved the product I got last time and that I would like to purchase it again. Some little dude who was behind the counter with her rudely interrupted me and said "well you still need to order online" "we don't carry inventory" this that and the third about company policy this, employees can get fired that..all really pointless statements and not the way you want to respond to a CUSTOMER who just said they liked a product at your spot. This was a perfect service opportunity for customer education and this little dude failed miserably. I literally just looked at him and laughed to myself. If there was a comedy show about a company with horrible customer service, this would be it. I was so shocked I almost just had to laugh. But the people who run the phone lines for this place will seriously go out of their way to be an asshole. Like you'll ask a super simple question about your order, and you'll be told that no questions can be answered over text and that you must call the line. But then no one hardly ever answers the actual phone.., so customer service is non existent, its just some people calling themselves "dispatchers" texting people when and where to go. Anything beyond when and where, they're either intellectually incapable of answering, or are just too hell bent on providing the worst possible customer possible. The last time I tried to order from this place before finally giving up on them, I put an order through and was waiting on a text so I called the customer service line twice (since they never answer on the first call anyway). I then received a text saying "stop blowing our line up". Yeah, they'll literally scold you for "blowing them up" for calling the designated customer service number more than once... again, not sure if these people just have no idea how to run a business properly, or are just jerks by nature.
