Unfortunately on a Saturday morning I had to see a Dentist on an Emergency basis. I was in horrible tooth pain. I called my regular Dentist and was told we'll have to squeeze you in on Monday. I was almost pleading with him. To no avail I was told to call Monday morning at 815am to be squeezed in. I looked on the internet and found Washington family dentist. Even though it was an hour before they closed, after explaining my situation Dr. Riesenberg felt it was serious enough to see me. I had never met him before . I was not a patient of the practice. Dr Riesenberg and his staff were very accommodating. They put me at ease. So it turns out I had a infection which is a serious issue an needed to be dealt with today not Monday . Dr Riesenberg also did some tricks to ease my pain quickly. I will be going to Washington family dentist from now on. By the way they accept Care Credit. 12 months interest free! Great dental experience. Office is nice and clean and Dentists are great. Staff is friendly. The set up is really nice. You can watch TV while getting dental work or stare at the pseudo clouds on the ceiling I usually hate going to the dentist but they make the experience as good as can be. Dr. Riesenberg is the best. Front staff is bar none my 5yr old loves them. Very experienced with children in making them comfortable. But I was in pain and was told my insurance could only cover a certain percentage i that I was required for immediate payment to begin work on my mouth really who carries 300 dollars to go to the dentist and I said ok I don't have it in me well office policy requires immediate payment! So I said ok I'm done they are more worried about money than anything else who cares I'm in pain! Oh then get a phone call oh I'm sorry you misunderstood no I didn't misunderstand I'm an educated person but mentioned 2 other times oh you could have gone home and got it or blah blah blah I feel sorry for the staff who actually cares about there patients but I'm not beat I don't have government assistance cause if I did they would be doing the world on my mouth. Have one of the best policies around and this is the only dentist I have been to in my 28 yrs who would require money up front for a crown plus the crown takes time to come in so they insurance doesn't cover the cavity and portion of crown and bill after the procedure I don't know put seems there policy is money and not patient wellbeing. Needed the same filling fixed 3 times. Didn't go back for a 4th try. Businesses are there to make money which is totally acceptable. This place would do well to lighten their approach to billing. This is a great place to go if you want to keep coming back again and again for "problems" they are always finding. Interesting how every 6 months that I went, they "found" some little thing/things that needed to be fixed from small cavities to replacing worn out fillings. And they would only do one at a visit so I was coming back multiple times. I've since changed dentists and all those "problems" are gone. read more

Well I'm probably like everybody else not real big on going to the dentist but unfortunately it is a necessary evil. I've found Dr. Grewal and Dr. Meghadri whom I've seen now for a couple of years to both do very good work​. The office is clean the staff is friendly and professional, they make what would normally be a painful unpleasant experience into a good one. I've had several instances over the past couple years that I've had a problem with a tooth didn't have an appointment called the office and without hesitation they made room on the schedule and had me come right in. I think Dr. Riesenberg is a competent dentist, but he treats every patient like they are a wimp. The constant shoulder patting is annoying. The office staff is basically clueless except for the lady who does the billing. They don't answer the phone if they are on another line, so you constantly get voice mail there even when the office is open. I guess they never heard of a hold button. It's hard to get appts. as they are always booked.. Even if you have the first appt. of the day, they are always late taking you. The young woman who does the dental cleanings is fantastic. read more

Caring staff. Dentists are excellent and spend a lot of time showing the areas of concern. Cool barn look inside.

Only one star because the dentists are competent. However, the support staff has no bedside manner. The dental hygienist is rude and takes out her frustrations on her patients. I think she believes she is gardening and not in someone's mouth. The clerks behind the desk have bad attitudes as well. If they call you to confirm your appointment and you happen to miss the call, they give your appointment away; and they don't let you know. I showed up for my scheduled appointment to find out they had given it away. The clerk that takes care of insurance was unapologetic about it and I think she was almost smirking when she told me. If you cancel an appointment first thing in the morning you are CHARGED $50 because you didn't give them 24 hours notice. They don't care if you had a death in the family or if the kids got sick. Like I said I don't have any complaints about the dentists but I'm done at Washington Dentistry . They need to bring back the hygienist that was there before this one and get new clerks/dental assistants. read more
