I looked on the internet and found Washington family dentist. Even though it was an hour before they closed, after explaining my situation Dr. Riesenberg felt it was serious enough to see me. I had never met him before . I was not a patient of the practice. Dr Riesenberg and his staff were very accommodating. They put me at ease. So it turns out I had a infection which is a serious issue an needed to be dealt with today not Monday . Dr Riesenberg also did some tricks to ease my pain quickly. Now that I am older I had become very disappointed with my experiences but felt I shouldn't go anywhere else because I have such a long history here. He is very rough with cleanings. He tends to run behind with appointments. I end up waiting in the waiting room a while upon arrival, then my appointment feels very rushed. My most recent (and last) experience was very tough. On top of the above frustrations The doctor was very forgetful of what he needed to do in regards to crowns and reshaping my retainers (I had recently got braces off).
