Because everything was closed she was able to help me by taking pictures of the items i wanted to buy. The website also had issues so she helped me buy the items. The delivery guys were quick to get everything set up and wore masks and then left. They did leave one piece of small trash which could have been by accident it wasnt big and noticeable like a box would be. I was scared of a C rating but now i have confidence i can buy more C items and be satisfied. Best part was they had a memorial day weekend sale for an additional 50% off their already low pricing!

I drove all the way down to the office (over 20 miles) paid for parking, took the pictures and emailed them to the guy. I followed up with another email, then a phone call.
