I ran out of cough medicine recently and needed some last minute, thank goodness for this Walgreens! Not only were they open, they were fully stocked and staffed. Something has to be done about the quality of service that customers (who keep this place in busines) receive and the amount of time that is wasted due to pharmacists (at this location specifically) providing insufficient customer service. On Tuesday, I came to the pharmacy, but since there was a line in the drive-thru, I decided to go inside. There were about 6-7 people in line inside as well, so I left. Came back today and waited approximately 23 minutes in line, as just the THIRD car in line. Brenda, at the window, decided it was a good idea to hold her finger up through the window, as if to ask me to be patient, AFTER a 20 minute wait. Livid!!!!!! Between the lack of personnel, the inability for Brenda to manage her time at the cash register and window, and the level of customer service, I dread coming here!
