Because of the delay, without even asking, I was given a gift card for several free washes as an apology. I decided to take them up on it and I've continued to go back ever since. Service has always been good and the wash itself is great. It's also nice to support local when another carwash in the area owned by a national corporation feels the need to hire 10+ people to wave signs all around the area. I'll continue to support clear drop with all my vehicles and their pricing is also superior and represents good value, especially their monthly unlimited plans.

One blk guy and one wht guy rudley direct you in without even looking to make sure I'm aligned. Also the vacuum on the far right end the tip keeps falling off.

The other gave me gold tokens that you can only use at this car wash. If the machine loses your money you're only options is to write a note and put it in the mailbox. No response when done. There is a change machine at the front. Pay attention here. It gives only tokens and not quarters. Don't put in a ten or twenty dollar bill unless you live in the area and plan on multiple visits. The car wash performed as expected. It takes seven tokens to start the wash. You can add on additional tokens to extend your time as necessary. One downside was there weren't hooks in our stall to keep the hoses out of the way. The vacuum cleaners require four tokens to operate.

The reason I was looking to get a detail in the first place is that someone threw up in my car earlier this week. I did my best to clean it on my own but it was not enough, and this was the place who could get me in the soonest. Not only does my car NOT smell like vomit anymore, it in fact smells like nothing at all. It's that kind of clean. Ready to smell however I want with my own air fresheners. I love that. What really drove me to write this review though was the perfect evidence of a thorough job. There is a small opening in my center console where there should be a cover but it has went missing somewhere along the way. Anyways, when I first bought this car a year ago I dropped a cashew down into it and could never get it out. I would have never thought to check and see if it was still there, but while I was admiring this excellent work I noticed it was GONE. I have no idea how this man removed said cashew but I am going to chalk it up to magic. On top of it all, I crammed my bicycle into my car for alternate transportation during this service, and without me asking he helped me get it out and then back into my car. Their Google listing shows they open at 7:45am, so I arrived around 8:30am on a Tuesday expecting to get a wash. There were some cones out, but nothing indicating they were closed. I cautiously pulled forward, bumping one of the cones, and the owner came out. Instead of politely explaining the situation, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried asking if they were open, but he never gave me a straight answer, just shook his head and told me to back my car out. When I tried again to ask about their hours, he completely ignored me, rolled his eyes, and continued talking loudly on speaker phone in another language. I wasn't even upset about the cone -- accidents happen -- what upset me was being treated with such poor customer service, especially by the owner himself. This is not how a business in Ripon should operate. They advertise hours they don't honor, and they treat paying members with zero respect. Do not waste your money on a membership here. Terrible service, rude management, and unreliable hours.

I have a full size truck with a small lift, and it goes through just fine other than the tight turning radius in the entrance. The wish itself if pretty good, but the drying is not as good as several of the other wishes. The vacuums work good. The only bummer is that the sun screens over the vacuums are not very big so you are in the sub for most of that time. It's not that big of a deal, but on 100+ days it is super hot (nothing Reefs can do about that). My other wash in Manteca (which got bought by the duck) has great vacuums, compressed air and shade for comparison. Overall they are the best in Ripon.
