I went to this car wash and had a $20.00 bill i put it into the machine for a $10.00 car wash. The machine spits out a $10.00 voucher for another car wash. I talked to the manager and he said sorry the machine is out of money so it gives a voucher, I said ok but I need my $10.00! He said sorry there's nothing I can do! I said can you call your supervisor, he said okay and never returned my call. I called back and asked again and they said sorry again, but the owner said there's nothing we can do! WOW! This was my favorite car wash. It was conveniently located near the in shape gym and opened at 7am! Perfect for me to go right after the gym but before work. great workers and stations. The membership was a deal! $20 unlimited washes per month. Then one day recently I went to wash my car and I was met with cones blocking the way. An employee came up to me and told me that they had been "bought out last night" and I was like wait so then when will it be back and running? He said he didn't know and that we would be refunded the prorated amount. It is still closed and I am very sad and disappointe. It honestly felt like getting bought out at night was like sketchy. My husband and I been have been monthly member here for over a year now. We bring our cars at least twice a week. I drive an Audi and my husband drives a big ford truck. So far we have not had an issues we love this place. 2 new car wash places were just open in our Ripon town however we don't feel like changing. I know they've been under construction for some time and that's understandable I'm sure once it's done this place will be even better. I haven't experienced any bad customer service everyone has always been so nice and helpful. It used to be the very best car wash in town but quality and service has gone downhill. You hire kids that really don't want to be there, your equipment is either falling apart or doesn't work at all, and worse of all I pay for a monthly pass and can't even get the member gates to open because they have been inoperative for 2 weeks with no attempt at repair. Lastly for the money I pay, I feel there is little value in my ROI. Wash bay doesn't always dispense all the suds. In my opinion it is no longer the best one in town. read more

I had my pickup washed there yesterday. The weather was beautiful so there were quite a few customers vacuuming their cars. All the vacuum stations were being used except for the sections that were roped off. Since I am handicapped I wanted to use that station designated for handicapped only but that was also roped off. There are no other handicapped stations so that one should be open at all times. I would have used any other station but they were all full. I realize they are trying to conserve on their equipment wear and electricity but the handicapped section must open at all times or Whispers could be fined for that violation.... On 4/29/23 around 1:30pm PST I purchased the Shine Wash service for $16. During the wash, this company's equipment ripped out one of my back brake lights resulting in $512 worth of damages to my vehicle. I was told by the manager, Sunny, that their company would cover the damages and that all I had to do was provide them with an estimate for the repairs. On 5/1 I provided one of their employees, who may go by the name "Vianae", with a copy of the estimate. She took pictures of the document and said she would forward them to Sunny who, she told me, was at a meeting at the time of this visit. She assured me I would hear back by 5/2. When they finally got back to me a week later, I was informed that they would only be covering $350 of the repairs. My lawyer has contacted them through email and they have been ignoring our attempts to remedy this. All in all, if you value your car and the promises people make to you, avoid this car wash at all costs. read more

I really enjoy coming to this car wash! I've been to the other 3 in town and had memberships but this place has kept me happy for a little over 6-7 months. I love that they offer free dash wipes and even microfiber towels! Most places charge $1 or more for those things. Also I like how the equipment and machines inside are relatively new, serviced often and kept clean. Recently some of the vacuums were down, but I guess they were making improvements they said and it's back up and running! I live much closer to mister car wash off airport but I make the drive to Whispers and appreciate the kind staff that are helpful and cool people. read more

Carwash snapped driver side window off and dislodged mounting attached to car. I told Sunny, the manager. He went into the wash to retrieve my mirror. It was cracked. I said are you going to replace it. He said, no, the pressure is high in the washer and he has a car like mine and the same thing happened. He took pics of my vehicle. My husband, who I called, told me to file a report. Sunny said he'd take my name and number and call me back after he talks to corporate. He never called back. 2 weeks later my husband called to deal with it. Sunny lied and said the mirror was already cracked as per his picture. I have documentation showing time stamps on my photos, showing my receipt with a time stamp also. There is no getting out of this one. He never texted my husband or called back.; nor did he give the corporate information. We will get the information and file a claim with corporate. Below are pictures of the damage. I came here one night in desperate need of a car wash. There were so many bugs on my front and dirt everywhere. There was a lady who greeted me when I pulled up to the kiosk to pay. She was very sweet and helpful. One thing I really liked was that the guy who starts the wash saw all the bugs/dirt and told me he was going to take an extra few moments to spray my car off a little more. That has never happened at any of the car washes I go. Usually they do a terrible job at spraying the car just to go through the motions. This one was way more meticulous than others. I went to Mister car wash and I felt like my car was still dirty, but here it was wayyyyy better. I also like that they give a wet wipe and towel for after. read more

I'm so happy they are here!! We went through yesterday. I got the Signature Wash, they give you a microfiber rag along south a wet cloth for the dash ...not just a dash wipe, but an actual rag. Going through the car wash felt as if the bristles were not beating up the side of my car. We get to the dryer part. This is when I noticed how good Whispers is. Normally, you only have a drier system on your way out. Whisper, has a dryer especially for the top of the car to push the water down, then came the conventional dryer on the way out. Both dryer systems had great power to get the water off. There was only a little left on my car. Far better than the other two in town. They also have at least a dozen (maybe more) of self service vacuum stalls. I don't know what that offers as we didn't use it. My car was sparkling. I wish I had a comparison shoot off before and after. Hands down! A great car wash. I signed up for their monthly Signature service. It will pay for it self in 1 1/2 car washes. It is located a behind Staples and TJ MAXX. Diagonally behind Home Depot.... Where the stop signs are. read more

Soo, where do I begin. If you could give zero stars, I would. This car wash, like many, requires you to place your car in neutral to be pushed by the roller mechanism. Well, obviously theirs failed and as I was going thru, my car rolled forward into another vehicle. My car sustained damage but the other vehicle didn't. I didn't know what happened and was like wtf, did I just hit something? The manager on-site named Sunny automatically tried to place fault with the vehicle I hit, stating she had to have put on her brakes which is why I hit her. I didn't know, couldn't see thru my windshield as it was super soapy, as it should be in a carwash! Ok fast forward: the other vehicle and I exchanged info. The carwash personnel did not provide us with any insurance info. Told us to call back when the owner would be there. We went back and forth with no replies from the owner for a whole week, only fake response from Sunny the manager and Vee the assistant manager. These people didn't bother at all to contact the owner NOR insurance to report this. Bad business practices for sure!! I decided to open a claim with my insurance since they didn't. I'll let them fight it out. I hate that this happened but even moreso hate that they have lost our business, for their lack of professionalism handling this situation. How tf do they not think there was some mechanical glitch that caused this? A car just doesn't roll into another car if being pushed by rollers. Make this make sense. Anyhoo, on to my old faithful carwash...never this one again! BEWARE FOLKS! they will not cooperate should you have an issue. read more

I went to try the Manteca WHISPER CARWASH in Spreckels Park about 30 minutes ago (3:15pm) today as I received a Free Carwash Coupon when the Manteca location opened. I am currently am an Unlimited Carwash member (2) Vehicles at a competition carwash in town and was considering switching, however, after a horrible interaction and the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a female supervisor (younger girl with glasses & painted on eyebrows, did not get her name) at the Manteca location. As a former Manteca Business Owner, if this young girl was my employee, she would be terminated in a heartbeat. After she told me she would not let me try the carwash with the free coupon that I was sent by Whisper Carwash. When I told her that I was looking to switch my carwash membership to WHISPER, if I liked their carwash services. She then told me that she was not giving me "anything free", I then said to her that Whisper Carwash must not want NEW business? She then told me that if I wanted a carwash, I need to buy one. When I told her that I would pass and that I would leave. She then td me that she did not want or need my business. When I told her we would see what Whisper Corporate thought of this, she said " They don't care, like me". As a lifelong Manteca resident, former Manteca PD Officer and Founding Partner of In- Shape Health Clubs, I would not take my dog to wash him at this carwash, let alone my $65,000 Ford P/U or my Jaguar Sports Car. I know from being a large business owner of the largest health club chain in all of California where Customer Service is the BIGGEST Part of our business. I know from 25 years in health club ownership that only about 1 out of 50 people ever complain about poor or horrible customer service experiences. They rarely ever go to the extent of writing this long and detailed of a Yelp Review or write a complaint to corporate which I have already done. But this was not only unacceptable conduct, but also a HORRIBLE Experience at new Manteca Business that should invite new business, not chase them away. In this economy as well as current climate it is more of a businesses death sentence. I hope Whisper Corporate reads this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REVIEW that I encountered today. Everything is broken all the time. This place has nothing but problems. Problems with billing your card monthly, Problems with reading the sticker, problems with reading the license plate, problems with the gate opening, problems with the vacuums, etc etc. Problems from the time you rollup to the time you leave. I have 3 cars on a monthly membership with this place and while I wouldn't mind the lack of service, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I have been a regular customer since they opened and never had an issue but I recently went here on Monday 2/21/22 and the brushes in the wash area put a nice scratch into my paint. Once I realized this and showed a supervisor she took pictures and said a Mgr would contact me. 2 days go by and nothing. I went back Wednesday afternoon and the Mgr working new nothing about what happened. After explaining it AGAIN!! (No communication here)!!!!! Was told to come back Friday and talk with the owner.When I arrived the owner was not there!! Not surprised. I was told it has to go through Corporate. Honking your horn doesn't not activate trained employees to stop the line or even check on you once they finally do stop the. If you have gone through successfully congrays but know there is a chance of their rollers skipping under your tire without pressing the brakes causing your car to stand still while tge car behind you crashes into you and then they do nothing and act like it's your fault. read more

Great new car wash place! No silly RFD stickers that never work, camera just reads your plate and let's you through once you sign up. It's pretty neat, a lot cleaner than clear drop. I am going to get a car wash after eating lunch. Then I payed for the wash and the lady said to go but then the lady's manger said you hit the gate. The lady's manger then said that the the lady not to go and wait witch is not what she said. I have brought my other car there before and it has little yellow spots all over it and it still has them on the car. I would avoid this place and not ever come here. read more

I went for a wash on the opening week and was glad to get a wash for free. The vaccums they had also were pretty powerful which was great but my opinions of this place quickly changed when I got home. I noticed it had damaged my cars clear coat as well as my brother's who also took his vehicle to this place and now we both have faded clear coat spots. read more

DO NOT bring your vehicle here. This is by far the worst car wash I've ever been to. Poor management, poor customer service and awful equipment! I brought my vehicle here, and as I was in the wash my vehicle was rear ended by the vehicle behind me. The gentleman who hit me had no idea what had just happened and said he was still in neutral when suddenly his vehicle went forward and hit mine. We both tried to complain and we were both told Sunny was not there and that he would contact me the next morning. The next morning came and I received no phone call. I decided to call myself and Sunny answered. He was very rude and told me "the guy behind you put it in drive and hit you." I told him that was inaccurate and to send me video of the incident. He told me he would; however, I received no video. The other manager "V" called me and she too was extremely rude and told me it wasn't their fault and for "legal" reasons she could not send me the video. I went in to see the video and conveniently, Sunny did not show me the part of the video showing me where the rollers pushed the gentleman's car into mine. He made excuse after excuse and blamed him. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. If I could give you negative stars I would. I will never do business here again. All you had to do was make it right and instead you lost a customer and I hope after people see this review you lose more. I stopped by this morning to get my Range Rover SE Premium washed and wanted to give my two cents. This wash comes with the works, I purchased the signature. My car looks fantastic, but I wanted to leave a review for Jasmine. She complimented my vehicle when I drove inside and gave me supplies for the inside of my car! She power rinsed the outside without me having to ask! Her customer service is incredible and I let her know personally I am only coming back to the wash for her service! She was no help at all, ignored me almost completely, and when she did acknowledged me she had the worst attitude.
