I've being going to Dribbles for about 5 years and it was great, until it wasn't. Prices have gone up which is understandable, but I can't justify paying $15 for the premium slam dunk wash when my car still has the same dirt spots as before I entered the wash and the dryer isn't all that great. I started going to Dribbles because it is touch-free, so I don't have to worry about the spinning rubber flaps that slap your car and leave marks. The service, when an attendant is there, is outstanding. The owner from what I have seen of her in the city Facebook group is VERY reasonable and open to feedback and this business means a lot to her. This would absolutely without question be a 5-star review, if the washing service itself was consistently good, but unfortunately it is not and I'm not sure why. I looked back at some of the older reviews and it seems years ago other patrons were complaining of the exact same problem: dirt spots still on the vehicle after paying for the premium wash. So I'm not sure if this is a product or machinery issue but it seems to be a recurring issue. I won't be going back because for $15 I can wash my own car and make sure all he dirt and bugs are removed. It's a hassle but I don't want to spent $15-30 a week in washes that are ineffective. I hope this issue is looked into because it really is a convenient and affordable option if you need something quick and it is the only touch free car wash in town. read more

I went to Dribbles for the first time the other day. I was pleasantly surprised with the effect. I went for the full blown wash. My car came out very nice. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the dryer. I might have done it wrong since it was my first time. It seems as though you have to pull up slowly a little bit at a time but I was afraid I was going to run out of time. Otherwise it was all good. read more

I've been going to dribbles for as long as I can remember. The service has always been great and welcoming. But as of lately, and as much as I hate to say this, it's def no where what it used to be. Granted they finally refilled the wheel and tire cleaner, but it's now $3 to wash your car yourself? Barley get enough time to wash your vehicle as it is, because the timer runs out quickly. I just spent a little over $10 to wash my 2016 Dodge Dart. Which is a small car. Outrageously ridiculous..... I wasn't even able to vacuum it out due to that. Unless you have cash don't go through the drive up cuz I tried using 4 cards debit and credit and it says transaction cannot be completed. Very annoying I rarely carry cash and had 2 cars behind me and one was in the wash so it was kind of a hassle to back up. read more

Good value but car still dirty after going through the tunnel car wash. No attendance to ask questions. Nobody picks up the phone.

I went to do the self service car wash and it advertised $2.50 for four minutes of self service car wash but after I was done and I left I seen that they charge my account $10 and now that was false advertising and I will dispute with my bank account and if I don't get my money, I will file a dispute with the Better Business Bureau do not come to this place. read more

Very disappointed with this place. First time customer today and i go through the drive up selected the $10 wash. I pull forward and everything looked fine at first while im sitting there watching the machine do its thing. Pull out after the dryer went off and pulled up to the vacuuming station to wipe the excess water off my windows and what do i see?? %#*¥ing dirt on my car still. LITERALLY ALL OVER MY CAR. i have a white avenger so yes it is very noticeable. I was and am still pissed off i paid $10 for a damn wash that didn't do a damn thing. The sides, roof and trunk of my car still had dirt all over. I googled the number for this place and called 4x and all it did was ring and ring and ring. The customer service from Jose, who was running the express wash, was awesome. He took the time after I had gone through the express wash to help get rid of a spot he missed! Another plus is that they have lowered their prices! The express wash was only $5! read more

Ok..all I can say is, Scott Brooks would be really proud of the punk ass kid Tyler he has working at his car wash. I pulled in, had my drivers side window rolled down and the other young man on my passengers side began squirting my car off. Well, the wind was blowing the mist into my car getting me and the inside of my car wet. I began wiping of my arm and asked Tyler to tell him to stop for a minute until I rolled up my window. Smart mouth Tyler says, "you don't have to be so rude about it." I said, " I wasnt being rude, I was just asking you to ask him to stop until I was finished talking to you." Then he proceeds to demonstrate how I was wiping off my arm. Then smartass Tyler mumble under his breath something. That is when I asked him his name and he said Tyler and my supervisor is Michelle. He needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson in working with the public and when to shut his mouth and bite his tongue. read more

I didn't even want to give one Star but you have to in order to write a review. We went to get a Car Wash yesterday 4/6/19 and when asked which one we wanted my Husband replied "The Cheapest One." (which is $5 it's called the Lay Up.) This morning I checked my bank app and noticed they charged us $10!!!!! My son went today and when asked which Car Wash he wanted he replied "The $5 Lay Up." When he got home he realized they also Charged him $10! They don't even have a $10 car wash there!! They over charged us TWICE in two days, not to mention the equipment in the drive through Car wash is mediocre at best but my Husband always goes there because they have a $5 car wash, wonder how many times they have Over charged us now. I won't in to get a car wash I get the $5.00 express wash I was charged $10.00 this did not only happen once it happened twice this time I seed something about why I was charged double for my car wash the guys working there called manager and told her I was trying to fight them I was not I had my 3 year old daughter the manager come to car wash yelling at me. Haven't had the hands on service but when it comes to the water pressure on the wash yourself stations it bites. The prices are steep as well. It costed me 8 bucks to do a quick spray wash and rinse no time for brush,for that price one could go to prime shine and just sit and have your car washed better. read more

Below average to average would sum it up. I utilized a self-wash bay. Two dollars seems to get you around five minutes of wash time. The tire cleaner and presoak options were basically out of product and useless. The foam brush also seemed to run out of foam or product as well. The high-pressure soap, and high-pressure rinse worked fine. In the end I rinsed my vehicle for about $4 dollars total. read more

Went to get my boyfriend's car washed today and there was no car wash attendant. It was 2:30pm. I thought about spraying my car down myself and going through without the attendant, but decided against it. I turned around and saw two men talking in the back by vacuums and waited for a sign for assistance, but no one came running, and I just left. read more
