It's freezing in here. Washtime Laundry has a few other locations in Commerce City, Iliff in Aurora and Thornton's. This laundromat is located next to the "Thornton Crossroads / 104th Ave Station," light rail station. If you're a member of 1stBank, you're in luck, because they have one nearby to use an ATM. $20.00 didn't seem to be enough to wash three blankets. The Wash for "BIG LOADS," were $5.25. They don't have a timer on there, so you have 0 idea how long it takes. I put a timer for an hour, just to be safe. It did buzz before that, and I'm assuming it's half an hour, 30 minutes! I was freezing my bum off the entire time I was there. I did bring a jacket, but the temperature was unreasonable. There were no staff to be found and only television sets with cameras facing you! There is a clean restroom, with cute plants, but someone sharpied "Washtime Laundry," on most of the leaves!! It was weird, and interesting all at the same time. The dryer is what gave me a 1 star for this place. It is .25 for 6 minutes.... Whenever I went to my regular laundromat, it was .25 for 12 whole minutes!! It actually dries everything perfectly. This place has one table with two chairs for the wait area. Didn't look sanitized or clean. They do sell homemade face masks, which are homespun for sure, but just not my favorite location. I honestly ended up here, because construction blocked my left merge to get to my regular laundromat stop. I just felt thankful I found another spot nearby. read more

Don't come here. The staff is rude and argued with us about the closing time when it's listed as 10:30 when you look it up in Apple Maps. I tried to show her what we were seeing and she tried to tell me that it was the wrong location even though I was clearly showing her the address that was listed on the door. She then proceeded to call the cops on us even though we said we would leave as soon as we were able to get our clothes out of the washing machine (they lock until the cycle is done). Luckily the cops were understanding and let us get our stuff and leave. The lady even talked about how she called the cops on someone with the same issue the night before...sounds like she just wants to cause drama. How about you put the correct times so this doesn't have to happen! Will never come back here. read more

I have been to multiple washtime laundromat and I must say that this is the dirty and grimy conditions I've ever been to. The picture that I posted is an indication of how they handle the clothing that are left for them to wash. They're often just piled on top of tables and some are strewn in baskets hitting the floor. Although there is an on-site attendant, she does not speak very well English. Also she takes your clothes out of the washer and puts them in a basket even though you may be sitting in your vehicle waiting for the cycle to complete. This is an uncommon practice for any laundromat with an attendant. I give this laundromat a low rating because the attendant lied when I asked her the reason she took my clothes out of the washer. Giving me the indication my cycle had not completely finished. I discourage any to use this Washtime location at all. read more

Fix your machines! Came her because my washer and dryer broke down. One machine I put my soap in and fabric softener to discover the machine was not taking my quarters. I had to move it twice. Do not go to this place to wash. We were in town for a softball tournament. This place was closest to the fields. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Bubble Wash. Most machines are out of order and broken. I paid $5.25 to rinse softball uniforms. The detergent did not dispense. When I brought it to the attendants (who didn't speak English) attention, he asked what detergent did I use. I showed him it was the regular Tide and told him I put 3 caps full in the top where the detergent goes. He went and grabbed a container filled it up with water and began pouring more water into the machine. Thanks for the extra rinse guy! With water pouring out of the top of the machine it's pretty obvious it's broken. I tried to explain to him that the detergent wasn't dispensing and the clothes were just rinsing. He threw his hand up and shouted "it wash". This place is dirty, most machines are broken and the attendant is super rude! GO ELSEWHERE! read more

Not real sure how I ended up at this Mat. After getting through which washers actually washed what loads, I then loaded up 5 dryers. 25 mins later wet clothes. 15 mins later wet still. I was switching dryers to get one to work and nope. So I tell the old man his dryers aren't drying, he pulls the I CANT HEAR YOU AND DONT SPEAK ENGLISH lying crap. So I talked louder and showed him which ones and he starts pointing to any other one BUT THE ONES I USED lol I should have had yelp yesterday. I would have never come here. They are eating right out of our refrigerators basically. Bet they live at the mat. read more

it's way overpriced, the "giant" washer is 5.50 a wash, the next size down is 4.50, and the smallest 2.75. the dryers do NOT work. The cost to dry is 0.25 per 5 min. After 50 min of drying an all cotton load from the small washer (2.75) and the medium sized washer (4.50) my clothes were not completely dried. most are damp. I over heard a lady on the phone who was there also saying her clothes didn't want to dry. I purchased a gain pack (1 per wash) and the machine ate .50. I'm never coming here again. read more

Good place, came in on a Saturday morning and to my surprise it was not busy. Walked next door to Safeway to browse and got some Starbucks while my clothes was in the washer. Super vintage machines, the kind you don't see any where anymore. They don't make em like they used to. Place is pretty dirty and stuck in the early 90's you're not there to enjoy your surroundings, you're there to get in and get it out and for that this place serves its purpose. read more

Clean, well maintained We use this laundry mat to dry blankets and I'm always in and out, the person at the front desk is always alert and there to help with change if the machine acts up, always makes sure to help with the door, and keeps it nice and clean. I've been coming to this one for years and it's always been the same, never had any complaints. If you need a place to take care of laundry I recommend this one! read more

A few of the machines do not work (out of order), the change machine does not work (ask Mgr). It seems this laundromat is not well maintained in respects to the equipment, albeit it is not so busy when I come here and there are enough machines that work. I can only assume that is the objective of this laundromat. Keep enough stuff up and running just to keep just enough people coming back. I always see the same person working so he does a good enough job if he does run this business alone. read more

I came it to wash waiting for a machine to clear out I started to load my machine and it started to overflow with water from the top the guy comes out screaming at me saying I put too much soap which I didn't because I was using the MONSTER load he leaves and get a mop bucket and continues to scream at me keep in mind it only spilled half a gallon of water which was not a big deal I continued to explain it wasn't my fault I told him to relax as I showed him how it wasn't my fault and why it was overflowing and he pushed my hand away very rudely and he still continued to yell I completely ignored him and asked him for a refund and I would leave then he stopped yelling and started to say stuff in Chinese... a few minutes later he started to yell at another person for asking a simple question ......... read more

Dropped our laundry off to have it done but the woman did speak much English so it was very hard to communicate with her. She said I could pick it up the next day between 1-5 (it would be ready at one but they close at five) I went at about 2:30 to pick it up and it wasn't ready I had to wait about 20 minuets while she folded everything ( very badly at that because there were wrinkles all in our clothes) never going back her again. read more

My our washer broke 5.25 I told the attendee he got upset & said I OVER loaded. I told him no I have done this several times before. At least once a week. He had to stop the washer (it was broke). He then called my Stupid... He was really upset.... I told him he was not a nice person to be calling his customers that. I will never come back again. We have been coming here since 2016. read more

EXPENSIVE to wash and dry. I'll not be returning. Better laundromats in CA, as we visited a few while on vacation, cheaper and clothes dried quickly. Only nice thing about this place, is that its clean. read more
