I knew they did great quality work from the job in the prior year so I had no worries there. The work crew was on time, courteous, and did a nice job with clean up at the end. It's been about 5 months and I'm still very happy. There are no cracks and everything is uniform and level. They even accommodated my request to put 4x4 wood posts in the steps so that I could use a composite stair rail kit (which I assembled after the cement set). As I mentioned before their pricing is very competitive, so you'll have to plan ahead when scheduling, especially in the busy summer season. That's not any reason in my mind to give them a lesser rating though. They're busy because they do excellent work and have good pricing, so just plan ahead and get a quote and if you have lots of rain like we did this year, you may have to wait a little longer, but that means it will set properly and you'll be happy with the results.
