I sprung a leak in the copper piping above my hot water heater in the basement. I went into a bit of a panic because I'm in between jobs and on a very limited budget. Thinking this was going to break me and I was going to have to eat Ramen Noodles for the next couple of weeks, I did a Google search and Budget Plumbing caught my eye. I figured by their name that they would just get me. I called at 3pm and Jerry was at my door by around 3:25pm. He was actually on his way home to take his wife out for her birthday, and made a stop to help me! That says a lot right there! He saw the pipe and said "no problem I can have it fixed in just a few minutes". It was only about 10 minutes and he was done!!! I was also very happy with the final price. It was much cheaper than I thought it would be, so no Ramen for me! Yuck! Lol!! I will use this company again. Excellent customer service. Called on a Friday morning, someone answered the phone right away. He said they were pretty busy that day but he'd try to fit me in. We needed our kitchen sink drained so it was the type of thing I preferred not to have to wait over the weekend. He then called early afternoon and asked he if could come in the next 1/2 hour. When he arrived, he was very professional and got right to work. He even wiped up the area when he was done. Pretty fair price--$109 to snake the kitchen sink. I highly recommend them! Great company i highly recommend this company for all your plumbing need's. First of all I had a main water line break and we were without water and when i called Budget they were able to send a plumber out the same day I had called several other companies and could get no where with them. David K. came out to do the work wow what an excellent plumber he started the repair when we discovered the City of Grand Rapids shut off the wrong main in the street now we had to call them back out. Long story short David stayed with me the whole time making sure I was going to have water that day. David I don't know how to thank you enough for your service. I had 2 issues that needed to be addressed. I requested to be contacted very late at night and he was already getting back to me the next morning. He showed up on time and had the first issue resolved inside an hour. I was very impressed by his work. The second issue he looked at and said it was going to require some additional tools that he didn't have with him. He told me he would check his schedule and let me know when he was free. Fantastic. Tough to find a plumbing company that you can trust and is affordable. We bought and had a water heater installed by them as well as had a kitchen sink faucet installed. All of this was done for $850 (that price includes the water heater). I was getting quotes for $1200 for the water heater alone from other places and when they included the kitchen sink that price went up past $1500. Awesome company. Awesome work. read more
