Five stars don't feel like enough. Their commitment to treating people and belongings with respect and zero judgment drew us to them initially; that promise held up completely in person. The fees were very reasonable and the experience was great from start to finish. I got an appointment within a day and a half; the appointment time window was only 30 min (practically unheard of!); they texted confirming their actual ETA and arrived on schedule; and they were kind, careful, and efficient. They'd already exceeded expectations, but at the end, they volunteered to move some heavy items I wasn't getting ride of into the garage. One grabbed a broom while in the garage and swept fallen leaves and sticks away from the entrance. Another grabbed a hand truck (with permission) and stacked a few bags of compost on it so it would be easier for me to move it around the yard. They were so observant and thoughtful.
