Approximately 50% of the time our weekly trash is not picked up. Records from out call in's surely can be found. Now our yard waste is not being picked up. We placed approximately 12 sm palm fronds that we trimmed off our front tree, cut them in half to be under the required 6' or less in length, placed them in 3 small piles neatly along the road. I watched as they pulled up, dumped the 2 partially filled yard waste containers then he glanced at the 3 very small piles and walked away. All I have to say is Pathetically Lazy. I had my large blue recyclable bin outside last Thursday night. Friday morning is my scheduled pickup. The whole block was picked up except mine. I called the office and was told to leave it out, it would get picked up. Saturday....nothing happened. Called again on Monday, I was told the same thing, and yet it is now Tuesday and once again I called this morning, was put on hold for 12 minutes, then the lady hung up after I told her my problem. I would like to have the contract with this company revised, and their employees drug tested, from management to the people who actually are supposed to pick up the trash. There have been at least 5 thoroughly documented instances when they did not pick up my trash in the last 6 months. The most recent one was last week, until today when I got back from work and once again, I found my trash container still full. I spent almost 4 hours last week on the phone trying to get them to do their job, and I guess, I will have to do the same again. This is fraud at its best, they charge for a service that they do not provide, while making working people waste their time on the phone listening to their excuses and false sympathy. Someone who truly cares and has some work ethics should look into this matter and get to the bottom of it...I wonder how many people go through the hardship of dealing with Waste Management and getting mediocre or no results. read more

If you're moving to Florida anytime soon, you might want to check and see who picks up your refuse, Recycling and garbage. I've had Waste Management in two other states and their work was absolutely great. Not here. Because I have been disappointed so many times by Waste Management here - it just doesn't compare to Waste Management in other states. All I can say is if you don't like your job, go work somewhere else. What kind of a town is it where even the garbage people have an attitude? They block the streets with their garbage collection vehicles and don't let residents leave the neighborhood. And at least three times over the last year I have had them completely ignore my garbage. Then you are stuck calling no less than nine times to try to get your garbage picked up. Then they leave a nasty sticker on your garbage saying it was your fault that it wasn't picked up. Really? Seriously? Because my garbage gets put out a good 18 hours before pickup. What kind of crack they are on I really don't know. Time for a new crew, dudes. With all the people who are truly out of work, I know there are plenty of people who would be happy to have the job. read more

One star is too good for them! This is an unscrupulous and dishonest company who after they take your money up front, want nothing more to do with you. Their driver ruined my parents tile driveway because the wheels on the trailer did not spin during down load of the dumpster. The driver admitted he doesn't usually work work with this company and didn't know about the problem with the equipment! He even admitted that he damaged the driveway and gave me the name of Waste Management whose trailer it was and who does work for Budget Dumpster. Budget dumpster is the company I originally hired. They subcontracted the work out to Waste Management. Neither company would accept any responsibility despite the fact their equipment mal functioned. Cost $1700 to repair damage which I had to cover! Would have been better if I took all junk from the house to a dump myself! These were fly by night shisters as far as I can tell. Real hustlers with NO integrity or values. Avoid both companies. read more
