Instead, I was told the bins "weren't outside," which was simply untrue. The experience started off on the wrong foot when they texted me to confirm the wrong service date. I had to reach out to get their scheduling mistake corrected, which should have been handled on their end. To make matters worse, there appears to be no real customer service. Every interaction is with AI that repeatedly says a human will respond, but no one ever does. When there was an issue, there was no accountability, no follow-up, and no way to speak with an actual person to resolve it. If you're paying for a service, the expectation is that the company shows up as scheduled and has someone available to help when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this company failed on both counts. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money, and look elsewhere.
