I get a call from another company, local to me. turns out 123 did NOT provide the container, they contracted another company and did not pay for the service, so here i am, forced to pay for the service twice to avoid a contractors lean being placed on my property. This company is a scam, they will bill you extra on you credit card without notice. i had a 30 yard dumpster. the website shows for 3 tons, but the invoice states only for 2 tons. they want to charge extra $140 for the third ton. I ordered a dumpster to clean out my house after a hurricane damaged it, and i needed to clear out wet drywall and insulation. I called on Monday, they said the dumpster would be delivered on Thursday or Friday. No dumpster on Friday, they said some issue caused a delay, and it would be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday. No dumpster. Now they say there was a billing mistake and i would owe an additional $100 dollars and i have to wait for the next available dumpster so middle of week 3. I asked what my options were, I was told I didn't have any. I canceled it and I am still waiting on the refund. so now it's been 2 full weeks and everything in my house is screwed. read more

I have worked with a lot of waste Co. dumpsters, porta potties for churches and corporations now just remodeling a small home ordered one porta potty! the driver showed up in a pickup truck dragging it down the street! open the door and the water solution was all over the inside of it! left it on uneven ground and took off! the contract States a weeklyservice, he dropped it off on a Tuesday and he only comes to this town on Fridays so I have to wait 10 days before the Porta-Potty is serviced that is not a weekly that is bi-weekly they are the WORST and I mean the worst customer service and Waste Solutions I have ever dealt with in Indiana do not I repeat do not use them for nothing!!! read more

Absolutely a horrible decision to deal with this company! We schedule a dumpster to be dropped off on a certain day they guaranteed no problem. We had help show up that day and no dumpster! Called company and they said had a scheduling conflict and would call me back. Ofcourse no call back. We called the company back and the lady said would forward my call to the driver that never happened as I was hung up on. I tried calling back and nobody would answer the phone. Awful! First it started where they signed me up for a 10 yard and after I got it all set up for my people to come do my roof. They then call and say I dont have a ten yard your either going to have to get a 20 yard for more money or wait till Monday. I then take the 20 yard. Then the next day I call to see where they are and they say they already stopped there and called me. I NEVER got a call. They said someone else answered my phone saying I wasn't available. SAL was an amazing sales guy full of helpful info but the minute they got my money the bad service started. After receiving a text to confirm my delivery the dumpster was still a full day late, costing me over $2500 in labor costs for contractors sitting around all day. Horrible company to deal with. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for dumpster rental needs. They charged me $488 for a 10 yard dumpster. Then they subcontracted it to some other company, who handed me an invoice for $277. So they marked up the price by over $200. I called twice and asked to speak to someone about that, and no one ever returned my call. They did not deliver the dumpster that was advertised on the site, and the one they did deliver did not fit in my driveway, so it had to go on the street, violating my HOA rules. They failed to pass on the instruction I left on how to get into the gate for my community, resulting in the driver calling me when he couldn't get in. They didn't pick up the dumpster on the day that was arranged when I rented it. Had to call two days later and ask to speak to a manager before they finally got someone out to pick it up. Horrible company! Our home on North Topsail Beach was damaged severely by Hurricane Florence and we've have to remove a significant amount of damaged contents, drywall and flooring. I contacted Sean at WS 123 and was quoted $385 for a 10 yard dumpster. I gave Sean my credit card information and setup a deliver date for the dumpster. An hour later Sean called me back and said he could not rent the dumpster to me at the quoted price any more. He said the WS 123 would now require $780 for that same size dumpster. When I asked why the price went up, Sean said that if was due to the high demand for dumpster now in the area due to the hurricane. He said they raised their prices to take advantage of the situation. Can you believe that? He actually came out and said this. I cancelled my dumpster order immediately. Hate to give them 1 star. Would never recommend this company for a roll-off. My boyfriend ordered a roll-off from them and was told it would be delivered between 9:00 am and noon. He was paying 3 workers to help clear debris from a yard, remove bushes, etc. Each time he called to find out when the roll-off would arrive, he was told it was 15 minutes away and would be there shortly. He called 7 times and got the same story. The roll-off arrived finally at 5:15 pm. The driver told him that the trucks have GPS and so the office knew each time that he was not 15 minutes away. In other words, he was being lied to. He had already contacted another roll-off company to supply him with what he needed by the time the truck showed up. Additionally, he had to pay all the workers for more time than he expected. Needless to say, they still charged him for the full amount $450.00. When he called to complain and ask to have the amount refunded, they told him they never promise a time for delivery of a roll-off and because he turned it away he had to pay anyway. They finally refunded him $155.00. Big deal after all the frustrating phone calls, lies by the dispatcher, increased expense to pay the workers, etc. NEVER, use this company!!! read more

I was then told I should call the local people instead of waste solutions from now and then I was hung up on. This was the WORST mistake I have made in recent times!! I recently lost my Father and we were in need of a dumpster for the cleanout process. Calling this company was a joke. Why they DON"T just tell you upfront that they are only contracting to your local dumpster company is false information right off the bat!! I could have walked to the dumpster rental that showed up!! They couldn't even get the contract right after several tries I guess that incompetance should have been the first clue. I was told when to call for pickup and after calling MANY times over a two week period, they told me 'they had no record of me ever calling'! Then I was told due to them NOT having records of my phone calls they would NOT remove the dumpster until I was able to send them phone records of my calls!!! REALLY!!!! Then it basically became a dumpster hostage situation as they refused to remove it!!! The only way I was able to resolve this issue, which it isn't completely resolved yet as the dumpster is still sitting on the property, was to contact the local company that dropped it.
