Customer service gets a zero.
Occasionally I have taken a family member's watch to have its battery changed.
Each time I've tolerated being 'served' by the elder gentleman at this store, has been a test of my civility.
In a handful of minutes, the gentleman made disparaging comments about the watch, its owner, questioned a request I made in a condescending manner and inflicted unrequested ill-informed opinion about the world.
In 20 years of customer facing work, I can't think of a more dissatisfying conversational exchange.
Furthermore, after lauding his own skills, the watch stopped mere hours later and a return visit was necessary.
There was no charge for this but the issue was not picked up on the initial visit either.
