This quaint cafe is owned by a sister and brother duo and offers diners an indoor and alfresco seating, perfect to soak in the sunshine amidst winter. We tried a variety of delicious all day breakfast items. With so many delectable options to choose from, if ever in doubt, order the Corn Fritters! These were thee best fritters I've ever had, packed with juicy corn kernels and great flavour combination. What I tried: The French Toast: Brioche french toast with seasonal berries, vanilla-nut praline icecream, Canadian maple syrup and crumb . The Corn Fritters: Smoked salmon, housemade labneh, smashed avacado, basil pesto, watercress and sweet pickled onion . The Rosie Benny: Sourdough bread topped with poached eggs, baby spinach and housemade pink hollandaise sauce . The Pretty Smash: Toasted sourdough bread topped with smashed avacado, tomato medley, feta, betroot cumin hummus and pistachio . Açaí berry bowl: Toasted Maple Almond muesli, chia seeds, coconut, seasonal fruits, almonds and honey . Coconut Chia Pudding: with yoghurt, roasted nuts, seasonal berries and honey

Most food items were around $20 but the size is quiet generous. The smoothies were delicious however the milkshake was a little underwhelming. Would have loved some ice cream on my the pancakes too, I reckon that would 100% take it to the next level. Will 100% return

A super nice restaurant. While the windy weather didn't help the outside seating atmosphere, we…read morewere met with warm hospitality and delicious food. We were given four different menus, one regular, one drinks, one with daily specials, and another with other specials. Okay, a bit all over the place but I came here to eat the food, not eat their menus. Pizza for me and pasta for my lady, along with two drinks. The service was quick and the waiting time for the food was minimal. The pasta, Spaghetti Gamberi, was very delicate in flavour; prawns, zucchini, and olive oil. The pizza, a White based "Kogarah" was hands down amazing. Cooked in a wood fire oven on perfect dough. Topped with bacon, mushrooms, parmesan cheese and a drizzle of cream. It was just last week I was thinking why don't we have white sauced pizzas when we have a whole heap of white sauced pastas. The bill was around $50 - $60. The only issue was the extraordinary loud drilling being done next door at a construction site. Literally everyone seated stopped talking and looked over at the building site for the 20 second duration of the drilling. Only happened once, thank heavens.

I had no idea that such a place existed in Kogarah, let alone Sydney . The food is exquisite and…read morethe service is exceptional. We were served by Veronica and Antonella , smiles and friendliness were offered from the moment we stepped in. Chatty and happy all along , really stands out in this city where service has gone out the door a long time ago. The pizzas are authentic and my fettuccini Ragu was unbelievable! A must return for sure. Thank you girls .xx

Here we are in Napoleon Street, San Souchi getting take away breakie from Cooked & Co. This place makes me want to sing..."Food, glorious food!!" It's small but they have crammed every inch of the place with delicious home made treats like mouth watering chorizo sausage rolls and coconut & white chocolate cake.. This place isn't very big but they had a girl serving, one barista and three cooks. What a team! The menu is pegged up on brown paper behind the counter. We went for a Bacon & Egg roll (for you guys who know your bacon it was Black Forest bacon) with salty BBQ sauce and an Egg roll with avocado, sauce and cheese. We ordered and had the take away coffee in our hands faster than I could say "I'll just check in on yelp" and were walking out of there with our rolls in hand after only two sips of coffee. The service is quick!! Hubby demolished the Bacon & Egg roll in record time after proclaiming it was the best bacon he had ever had. For a suburban café this place is great! Check it out!! Five stars for great coffee, food and service!

Ah gigantic schnitzels. Come for the novelty, leave in a food coma…read more I went with some seasoned Goni eaters who made sure we only got 1 schnitzel between the 4 of us. We only just finished it. We got the Mediterranean (chicken), which was like a mild pesto with cheese, really tasty and simple which meant it was super easy to eat. It wasn't so much the meat but the cheese that slowed us all down. We also got a Greek salad which was good, everything was fresh and they weren't cheap with the cheese and olives. Also got some chips that were okay, they had little shakers of chicken salt which was cool. Atmosphere is a little food court, wobbly joined together tables with chairs and bench seating. Lots of TVs, not that I noticed them as I was too concentrated on the meat. We made sure to make a reservation, they will put your name on a table and if you aren't there within a half hour your table is up for grabs. They are also cash only.

We also got salad and chips and we were stuffed! I really liked the schnitzels, they were delicious and the chicken was juicy and tasty. My husband and I also got the alfajores for dessert but they weren't that great. Stick to the schnitzels and you will have a great time here!

My first thought was Game of Thrones.. the battle of Blackwater! This is going to be epic…read more.. however the water IS black when you dine here at night. So well... it is apt. but there is no exploding ships or battle axes through faces here. Tucked away in San Souci this restaurant is off my usual radar for places for fine dining, and it was amazingly good. The staff here are all excellent at their jobs. Polite and attentive. The food here is exceptional. I had the half roasted duck with turnip, carrot and roasted chestnuts. It came absolutely smothered in a honey like glaze which made it incredibly rich. Friends had the Osso Bucco, the roasted lamb and the pasta carbonara. All were bursting with flavour. My favourite part was the Zucchini flowers stuffed with goats cheese in tempura. I also liked that you could order fried lamb's brains as an entree. Mmmm Brains. Make sure to get the garlic bread and the warm olives to start. Red wine selection is fairly substantial. Parking is at a premium. Bring your Dolla billz, yo.

It can get a little bit noisy due to the way the place is built (reflecting noise back at customers), but otherwise its a nice venue overlooking the bay with a couple of different seating areas for the groups and the couples so they don't get in each others way too much.
