Another customer gave me a penny to pay, which made the transaction very uncomfortable. Despite me being a customer for a long time all he cares about is the money...down to the penny. There's a bottle cap washing station that has been broken forever and never repaired. My guess is he doesn't want people using it and wasting his water.
