We drive here from Anaheim because this is one of the cleanest, reputable, and chillest water stores in the area. we scoured the Anaheim/yorba around to most of the water stores that we see, and most of them are not on yelp so it's hard to find and you have to keep a lookout, but this one is! I appreciate that the machines here are clean, and the gentleman who is typically here is super helpful with opening the door when you wheel out the water cart. I also appreciate that they do not handle any part of the water refill , then push for tip which is what the new water places in Tustin, Fullerton, and Orange are like. #TipFatigue. read more

Pretty clean setup. There's a lot of space here and it gets the job done. Ever since our family sold our water shop, we had to be picky about where we get our water from. The water here is clean and crisp and the transaction was easy. It's 50 cents a gallon. It's a little bit more pricey than the water you get in the 626 but 50 cents a gallon is normal for the Yorba Linda area. They do require a $5 minimum if you need to pay with card. It's a self service establishment do don't expect the guy to help out. He will however hold the door open for you and retreive the cart when you're done. read more

Amazing service. The owner is such a wonderful person. I bought alkaline water and he asked if we had been there before. I told him I'd been there once before and he instantly said let me show you the tests! He grabbed a few cups and filled them with the alkaline water and the filtered water and tested both waters PH levels. Then showed us the difference when you put a tea bag in both types of water... truly amazing. Oh! And how could I forget... he noticed we had a few bottles to fill and asked us if we were parked close. We weren't. He told my husband to pull in front in the stores designated spot and took over filling the bottles for my husband (while wiping all the bottles down) We really appreciated everything he did. Not sure if this guy isn't friendly. No acknowledgement.. I had about 8 gallons of water to fill. But after he fills them up he makes you lift them place them to put on the cart take them to your car. I mentioned I must be spoiled because I have great customer service at water barrel in brea where they fill up, place them on cart and put them in your car. We work in yorba linda but I will continue to drive to brea for excellent customer service. Super disappointed in the owner. Not friendly at all. read more

Four stars for water and the refill station set up. However overall three stars because there is no customer service . No hi no bye no expression no nothing. no offer to help transporting the big water containers. Owner seemed more eager to be paid as he would immediately collect the water fee but never offered help before that with moving the waters from the refill station onto his provided carts. I have seen the owner help some customers before so not sure what's going on. Went there many times but I probably won't be returning. read more

This is my first time visiting this small establishment. I love to support small business. This is my first time buying water here. However, my experience with the owner left a sour taste!! I am relatively young. However, I have joint issues and have had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand as well as a cyst removed on that same hand. I had asked him if he was able to help take 2 large bottles to my car. He straight out responded "No! I'm Busy!" This was the owner. The customer after me gave me a strange look. There was only another family waiting to get their bottles filled up!! Was it too much to ask to stop and help for 5 mins. I'm truly shocked and I hate how asians as so blunt!! I'm Asian as well and I think we need to be more understanding!! However, he could have apologized, I would have understood!! This is my first and last time going here. read more

The owner just finished with a lady & I waited for some acknowledgement when it was my turn. He just motioned towards the faucets. My little amount wasn't worth his time. Super convenient water spot!! I got water from Whole Foods not too long ago and it tasted like garden hose water, found this place and now full up regularly. A little more expensive than some other spots I've gone too, but not crazy over the top in price. Do yourself a favor and go inside to meet some folks who work here/own the place. Nice owner, always holds the cart whenever unloading my gallons and fills them as well.

Go to place to get bulk water that you know had been filtered with commercial filtration systems. You can rinse your bottles and fill 'er up quickly because the water pressure is strong. Probably takes less than a minute to fill up a 5 gallon jug. The water tastes great and you know you are saving plastic by not buying those 500 mL bottled water that don't really get recycled anyway, even when you put them in the recycle bin. read more

I got sick & tired of the bad tasting alkaline water from Whole Foods and wanted to support a local business. I'm sooo happy that I found Alka Pi. The owner was very helpful and let me sample the drinking water and alkaline water-both were great. He then provided a quick demo using pH tester and visibly showed me the benefit of the alkaline water. He cleaned the 5 gallon bottles, filled them and placed them on a cart to take out to my car. 5 gallons was $10.00. I've been drinking alkaline water for several years and none have been nearly as good as this water. We find ourselves drinking a lot more now and really, really like this water. They have an outdoor refill system too if you'd like to fill on your own schedule. read more

Was here about a week ago and met the owner. He was so helpful! He let me sample the water and put it to the test to show me the alkalinity of the water. I was happy to find out I can purchase the water from the outside fountain. A 5 gallon cost me $10. This is a huge saving because I usually buy a case at trader joes at $30 ! Clean water with a pH of about 9-10 and no fluoride. Friendly service. Jason is very helpful and even helps load water into your car. I found my water source near my home! Get the PET bottles and you're good to go. You can really taste if the water is good by drinking it unchilled. You will taste the difference here. I'm hooked on this place. read more

The guy who owns this business is horrible. He never helps you out when you are trying to get out the door with large water bottles. I ask him to open the door and he says no and i ended up splitting my foot open because of it. As i was bleeding badly he didn't care. He will not answer any questions you have and just is bad at business and customer service. Since I was not helped out of the store I had five giant jugs on a cart and I asked him for help out and he said no this is a second time that I went back giving him a second chance so I ended up losing control of the cart because it was too heavy the water bottles fell denting my car and dropping water all over a pedicure I just had painted five minutes before that. The guy who owns this place is very knowledgeable--you don't normally find people who can explain the why behind buying good quality water. 3. The customer service is superb.
