On 5/23, I noticed the same place they had previously "fixed" my leak was once again leaking. We called The Overall Plumber and my husband explained we had a leak in the same place again and was told that they would have to call him back- which of course never happened. We called another plumber and they came out on 5/25. This plumber told us that The Overall Plumber had used the wrong size pipe and that is why it cracked again. When my husband called and spoke with the owner, he was told that the plumbers that had "repaired" my leak had been with him since he started his business and would not use the wrong size pipe. When told we have pictures, he again said they would not use the wrong size pipe. I will NEVER use this business again- and I advise others to think twice before they consider using them.

Update from last review..... no one ever showed up to finish the work. I've since found out that…read morethe reason why the pipe continues to leak is because the entire Pex line needs to be replaced instead of being cut and having a coupling installed. They cut corners by improperly installing the coupling instead of replacing the whole pipe and wanted to charge me as if they did the work correctly. To lie and say they would return to finish is unacceptable. They knew I was on to them, which is why they never returned. It's sad that they have run a great company into the ground when they took over!!!!
