The techs diagnosed the problem, which was rather difficult because it was a wire that was chafed through outside. They fix the problem and were great to work with. This is my first time using K Kelly heating and cooling. I will be calling them first if I have problems in the future.

I had a scheduling conflict today. I called them early and told the friendly ladies at the office. She got ahold of the plumber he switched his schedule to fit me in earlier. I tried to get a live person on the phone, and it wouldn't let me. They had the wrong service for me booked thru the automated system. When I mentioned the time I needed at 4:00pm, AI said they would note that. Then they had a person calling me this morning to tell me they were available now in which I let their Ai assistant know prior I wasn't availble in the am. . The person who called me said he would let their office know of the above, and have someone call me back right away. No one ever called back! I recommend these businesses have a live customer service person answering their phones. it was a wasted time, and lots of miscommunication with their AI system.

They should be your first call if you are looking for a qualified plumber. We would highly recommend them for all your plumbing projects. They said they would be here between 8:00 and 10:00 and at 8:00 the doorbell rang. They had the new hot water heater installed, removed the old one and the area cleaner than when they arrived all before 10:30. Curtis walked me through the settings and operations as the old heater was from 20 years ago, and lots has changed over the years. He explained all the features and answered all my questions. Curtis and Scott were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I know they will be my first call when I have a plumbing need.
