We tried to arrange a maintenance appointment for our two RO systems today, but Davis declined to service the units. Davis originally installed the units and has been servicing them since they were installed. Today we were informed they no longer service 'those' units. The RO systems have been working flawlessly but it's clear that Davis wants to coerce us into buying new units. This is nothing short of a scam.
