My 20 yr old water softener gave out. It had never been serviced and we are new to the home. Called CCDW and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Wayne came out and carefully assessed the system, spent a few minutes just training me and helping me to understand the system we have, and proceeded to exchange the depleted resin, identify the cause of the breakthrough to the house water system of the old resin, had all the parts, new resin, and equipment handy on his truck--even put a cardboard piece under his truck in case of any oil leaks to protect my driveway. Prices are VERY reasonable. Total professional who just gets the job done with a minimum of water anywhere and he cleaned up the area with a towel after the resin was exchanged and the tank reinstalled. Reset the controller (whose name he gave me so I could get on-line instructions). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

The electronic circuit-board on our water softener went haywire and the system was continually draining.
