On my initial visit, I didn't feel like I was asked relevant or exploratory questions; mostly repeats of the questionnaires I filled out. The office visit with the membership program was $330 and the test that was recommended was $500. We hadn't gotten to a return visit or supplements. I was hoping to establish a relationship with someone but the costs were prohibitive without, in my case, depth of care. Maybe if someone has a specific condition they want to address would have a better experience.

Sigi was fantastic in every way, had reviewed my chart and listened to my list of problems. He worked with me for 7 sessions, always attentive to my input and answering my many questions. This is a follow up: I have been going back and forth with…read moretheir billing office for over 3 months now and have found them to be most lacking in customer service. It turns out they are responsible for a billing error from 6 month ago but still think I should pay them (They only informed of this error 2 months ago). Their employee had my credit card on file was responsible for charging me automatically. That that person failed to charge me is not my responsibility. Can you imagine a company expending hours and hours of staff time trying to collect $60? Now they're saying if I don't pay it'll go to collections. When I try to talk to a supervisor they refuse to put me in touch with them. And what did I get from my first review from the company? "Contact us on line and we'll help". Sure? Not! My advice to you is go elsewhere.
