Groupon is life. Bought myself a Groupon for Tint here, and got my front two (and triangles) windows tinted! Total from Groupon with a coupon, haha, was only $75!! They were extremely accommodating, having to drop off my car before hours, and then having to come back to pick it up so close to close. Jim was super nice, and professional! Tried to get my car washed. Pulled up to the stop sign waited a bit nobody came to help. I pulled through to the office area then was rudely lectured by an employee how I was supposed to wait. With that I decided not to get my car wash there and just went to the one in front of Big Lots. Same prices and don't have to deal with personnel. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. These people are rude as heck! The guys that steer you in the car wash always make me hit my rims on the poles!! That's not why I'm leaving a bad review though. I recently bought an unlimited car wash package for 150$ for three months . It was explained to me that I can wash my car unlimited amount of times with my membership. Not true. I try to cancel my membership literally 5 days after signing up. The office is ALWAYS CLOSED. A guy named Brian who works there told me "they make their own hours it's not the hours posted on the door" Like WOW! Three days in a row I tried cancelling and the office is closed. When I finally get someone on the phone the owner tells me I'm being an asshole and he has been there for 40 years. I am out of the country now and he is insisting that I send him a letter via mail to cancel. I explained I was out of the country and requested if he could please just cancel for me being I tried to do so in person multiple times with no luck because the office was closed prior to what the sign, and employees say it closes. Had the office been open to its customers the first three day I go there I wouldn't be in this issue. I top of all this the car is never clean. DO NOT GO HERE. Go down there street where te human interaction is zero and you don't have to deal with people who can't add 2 + 2 read more

I got my 2014 Cadillac ATS's windows tinted here about 6 months ago. I believe the pricing was very reasonable. The turn around time to complete the job also met my needs. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up later that same day. You cannot roll your windows down for a few days/week. About a week after I had my windows tinted I went back because I had a question and the guy working there answered all my questions without looking at my like I was dumb. They beat a lot of people on pricing in the area. Window tint looks ok. Hasn't aged yet so we'll see. Horrible, and I mean absolute customer service. Was cussed out and threatened for knocking on a window to get a worker's attention, after they removed a parking sticker and didn't inform me of its location. Worker's response was to storm out and ask "WTF do you want?" Managers response was "people get cussed out all the time." read more

I got a good deal on a Google offer so I decided to try this place out. The car wash itself is a little old. Service was friendly, and they did hand wipe down my car. However they didn't get off all the bird poop I had on my car, and some other dirt on my tires. Also when I was paying the guy on the right side started spraying water when my window was open. A little water got into my car, he could have waited! It only took 2-3 minutes to pay. Overall it's an OK car wash. Prices are high if you don't have an good coupon. read more

They were crazy fast if they were making sandwiches they would have been freaky fast! I blocked off 2 hours even though the lady on the phone said it would be 30 mins. I was able to get there from the south-side and back to the SS in just about the time she quoted. The guys were nice and obviously efficient. So far it's been about 2 months and it looks great. read more

I can't speak to the car wash, but Brian did a great job detailing my car! After my paint job had an unfortunate altercation with some concrete dust and paper towels (not by me), Brian was able to buff and polish out the myriad of tiny finish scratches. I dropped it off and it was done a few hours later, looking fantastic! Price was about average. read more

WARNING!!! WARNING!! Don't tint your windows if you don't want them to ruin your window I went there after I got coupon from groupon. they tint my window and left lots of dirt under the tint I told them right after they got done they told me I have been doing it for 20 years don't worry it will go away after it drys. After week I came back ask them to re do it or take it off they ruined my new car they refused to do guy was very rude he even abused me with F*** word I was shocked I contacted groupon they couldn't do anything except they offered me 50% of the money back. Now I have to pay to take it off and pay more to put new tint. I was wanted to save now Its gonna cost me more than $500. I wish I could record he's words so could take him to court read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I got my windows tinted there once and they did an OK job, they left hair between the tint and the glass but I was willing to give them another shot. I called them today to tint the back windows only of a station wagon and they would NOT let me. They insisted that I use the Groupon + pay an extra $100 to tint the entire car!! Absolutely ridiculous, I will be surprised if they stay in business much longer. read more

I had my automatic remote starter put in my Nissan here. I had a coupon through Groupon and I paid a total of around $200 for my remote starter with tax, which is a great price for getting a automatic starter in a foreign car. They were quick and polite while we were waiting we took a Lyft over to Dave and Busters and played some games and had lunch, by the time we were done and walked back the Waterfront Auto Complex is only about 10 minute walk across the railroad tracks from Dave Busters my car was waiting for me. It took them about 2 hours to install the remote starter which is really convenient I did have to leave my car all day and find a ride for the day. I have a lifetime guarantee on my remote starter, I got 2 remotes that you push the button to start the car, you can lock and unlock car using remote also. It works as far as 1,000 feet and is a reputable brand. The only thing that I don't like that much is that the flashers flash periodically as a safety feature to let you know that your cars running, and another safety feature is that the car will shut down after running for 20 minutes if you don't get in the car and drive. I did speak with someone at Waterfront Auto Complex about the flashing lights and they said it hat this is a safety feature that can be turned off if I didn't want it, but to me it wasn't that big of a deal. read more

I had a groupon to get a remote car started installed here, (pay $99 for a $299 service). It was due to expire may 29, and i called on may 2. I had to call 3 times for someone to answer and then when i called the man stated that he wouldnt accept the groupon because he thought it expired in April. I told him that the voucher stated in bold that it was good until May 29, 2013. He said that he would accept the $99 and i would have to pay the rest ($200) and i said i didnt understand why he would not accept it because it was clearly still good. He then told me that it i should be happy that he was letting me use the $99 still. This I thought was pretty rude, especially since its against the law to not honor a gift certificate amount for what a customer actually paid. Also when i called i was going to make an appointment to get my windows tinted at the same time.He told me He would me that he would let me make the appointment even though he wouldnt honor my groupon....well geez thanks. I mean most service industries like when people make appointments. This is the first bad review ive EVER written, but ive also never been so thrown off by a person and upset by service ive received before. Please for your sake, Dont go here. There are better places around the area, with better service AND better prices. read more

I took my truck here recently after getting a Groupon deal for an exterior wash, wax, and shine. Though they were nice to me they were racist and close minded to an Asian couple who also showed up with a Groupon as well. Not directly to their faces thankfully but still highly unprofessional. Also though I'm no expert when it comes to waxing and shining, I've always assumed having your front and rear bumpers which were and still are dull from age renewed or at least somewhat shinier than they were was part of that whole package so to speak. Clearly it was not though. And finally, I still had bird poop on my left drivers side mirror. Which you would think would have at least come off in the wash or they would have taken note of when waxing and buffing. Clearly, attention to detail was not on the Waterfront Auto Complex's list of priorities. Basically, I will not be returning here, most importantly because I can't support a racist and close minded business. read more

BE AWARE!!! This place ruined my new Toyota they tinted my windows and didn't clean them or whatever they did tint looks very bad and lots of dirt bubbles don't go there.!!! I should of read the reviews before but I didn't and I see I'm not the only one who got very poor service there read more

Auto detail was good on exterior but very incomplete on interior. Vacuuming was poorly done and floor mats were left dirty. I could have gotten same result at local car wash for 1/4 of the price paid. read more
