My check engine light came on and they ran a test (for free!!!) to find out it was because the had cap was loose. They reset the engine light and I was on my way. I also need a new muffler and both brothers did a thorough check to see what is needed. They checked my tires, exception from emissions (I drive under 5,000 miles a year), and so much more. Scheduled my muffler appointment for a couple of weeks from now because they're so busy. There's a reason for that!!! We did an alignment but when I left it was definitely not aligned, video attached. They did fix it when I returned 10 minutes later. Combined wait ~2.5 hours. This place isn't bad, but it wasn't a 5 star experience.

I chose the nighttime drop off. The metal door slot is easily visible right below a sign that says, "smile, you're on camera". John, the owner, could not be more personable and fair. The service is exactly what you're asking for and the price is more than reasonable. Actually, I would consider the work to be significantly better quality and the price to be very competitive compared to several other garages by me. It's worth a $30 Uber ride each way to this auto shop to have John's team service my vehicle. I won't go anywhere else in the future.

As the other reviewer said, they are very knowledgeable here and were fair and honest. The best part though was it felt like they went above and beyond in doing the actual work! Basically if you go to like Jiffy Lube etc they'll do a basic oil change for a cheap price, but at Apex for a reasonable (slightly higher but I'm telling you it's reasonable/worth it) they actually check all your fluids and tighten everything that needs tightened, my car feels 100 times better than before they worked on it. I'll be coming back to them next month for an inspection and pretty much anything I'll need done from now on. Good guys who really know what they're doing. And quick, too! Highly recommended if you're anywhere near the area.

All they had to do is AC Work. The AC components sit next to the coolant reservoir and they cracked it on the left hand side. DO NOT EVER ISE THEM!
