I'm disappointed that they were willing to base a sale off of a persons looks rather than taking me seriously like other businesses in the area.

Everyone was happy with what they ordered and portions were adequate Espresso - They make the best espresso in the area. Well, they probably don't have much competition here, but it's a fantastic espresso Cannoli - Freshly filled to order and satisfying Infused olive oils and vinegars - You can walk around and sample everything inside, then purchase whatever size bottle you like. They even have a program where you can return empty, rinsed bottles and fill again with 10% off. There were some interesting flavors and I bought a couple to take home. Overall, this is a great place to visit and if you're into these things. There are also some tables and chairs outside to sit with your gelato or coffee.

I purchased a gift set of Olive Oils for a friend that was curated by staff, and Champagne Olive Oil for myself. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful and gave some history on the store as well. I definitely want to try some of the menu items as well! She threw my card on the counter after she charged my card. Then doesn't give me a receipt and tells me "you can go now". She doesn't need to be working here. As a matter of fact, she should be dealing with garbage to match her attitude!

I found one for her sister in a gift shop in Buffalo but they were all out of my other granddaughter's name. I tracked down this gift shop that had the item. I was amazed that the owner would mail a not very expensive item to make a little girl and her grandmother happy for the holidays. I very much appreciate the owner's kindness and follow through. I am not one to usually write negative reviews, but this past week on a family vacation I broke my…read moresandal and popped into Sandy Feet to grab a pair of flip flops for the rest of my vacation. I found a pair quickly and went up to pay. The cashier kindly helped me by clipping off the tags so I could wear the shoes right away. While I was paying I was distracted by him clipping my sandals and left my debit card behind. I immediately noticed when I went to use the ATM next door at the arcade to get quarters for my niece and nephew. I went right back to the store (within 2 mins) and asked if anyone saw my BOA debit card. Without looking, I was told that there were no debit cards left behind, sorry! I then went to the garbage outside where I disposed of my broken sandal and dug through to see if I accidentally threw my card away. I absolutely knew that I left it at the store, so I went back. A women came out from the back to see what was going on and reviewed video cameras. Right when I was taking my sandals in the video, the cashier suddenly peeked into the garbage and found my card! He shut the video off before I could see what actually happened after I got my sandals. I am 100% convinced that this card was almost stolen. I don't want to hurt this business because they have nice things and it is a great shop in the Lake George Village, but I feel very upset about this interaction and felt it was important to share. It was a very sketchy situation.
