The store is very well-organized, and there was plenty of room to roam the floor and look at the displays while searching for preferred colors and sizes of dress shirts and sweaters. Unfortunately I wasn't successful in finding anything that caught my eye, but the sales staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They explained that the Brooks Brothers Outlet shops carry slightly different merchandise than what you'd typically find in a BB retail store, and that not all of the typical sizes are available. Nonetheless, this is a nice place to shop, and perhaps you'll have better luck finding something that fits you?

It is located just off Exit 20 of the Adirondack Northway (I-87) and only two miles south of Lake George Village. Each center has public restrooms, an ATM machine, and vending machines filled with cold drinks. Tip: don't be confused, While this entire half-mile strip is referred to as "The Outlets", there are currently four distinct centers: Adirondack Outlet Mall, French Mountain Commons, Log Jam Outlet Center and The Outlets at Lake George East and West. I went back in, he took the exact same measurements, and I didn't hear anything for two months. When the suit came in, it needed alterations, but getting those done was its own process - the shop was randomly closed one Saturday because of the worker's car trouble. I coordinated a time to drive back over and meet him there and he said he would be away the following weekend so I could pick up the finished suit at their store in Latham. When I drove out to Latham the following weekend, the suit wasn't there. It took about three months from the day that I ordered it to actually pick it up and after a few weeks, I had to return to get it fixed because the jacket stitching had come undone at the seam.
