I and my family have been coming to HD since 1989. The care…read morewas excellent and you felt like family. When my dad passed way in 2012, his bridge was in the process of being repaired. When Dr. Trammel learned my father passed away he put a rush on my dad's bridge so that he may be buried with a full set of teeth. But the years caught up with this dentist. 6-7 years ago he botched my root canal and crowns. I complained to the staff about pain and discomfort but I was ignored. I had other problems that the staff ignored. Tremmel finally retired due to health problems. I ost a tooth because the gum area became infected. I complained for 2 months about the pain but was ignored. A new doctor redid my root canal but it was always painful for 3 years. Last year I was sent to a specialist and he informed me that when HD redid my root canal they did NOT clean out all the bacteria. HD did a poor job making me a partial because I lost that tooth. The partial was painful and it actually moved my back molars that it attached to. Instead of moving my Terr back the dentist shaved my teeth. They just replaced the crown that was not done correctly with a larger crown, but that moved my back teeth and I'm now biting down on my gums. Now they are saying they may have to shave my bone! Or this or that! It appears that I go in for one thing and they keep adding things. My day we called that padding the bill. So, my bite is messed up and the back teeth are still digging into my back gums. I left. Never to return. My suggestion don't go here because it's all about how many procedures they can force on you. They create problems so they can charge you more for more procedures.

Unfortunately I was in desperate in need of finding a dentist like him that was not just thorough but very honest with all the issues I went in to see him for. I had some work done by previous dentist that was not done like it should have been done. Bridges loose & I mean I could move it around. Another bridge which was done on my upper front that reminded me of a beaver. Dr S planned and has made suggestions that made so much more sense to than any other dentist I had seen in years. Bottom line is so much dental work performed by other dentist had to be redone because of not being done correctly & was causing me pain & discomfort. I have only seen maybe 4 dentist in 20 years and the past 3 years my issues were being patched instead of being done properly. Dr S planned & have fixed half of my problems I came in with. I went to him at the beginning of 2025 & teeth pulled, implants, filling, cleanings & now planning for this 6 teeth bridge in my upper front to be removed. I just can't explain the interest & his passion he has shown me for so many issues since I've been in his care. I am so grateful for him & his staff. His staff is so professional & personnel. I'm greeted with professionalism, no long wait times, back office staff I really like them all, Nora the financial manager has been so on top of the billing of my insurance & lastly office is very clean & organized. I know it sounds unbelievable and it is, you'd have to personally experience it yourself. This office has been 10 minutes from me for years & I stumbled on them & gave them a chance because I had gotten so distrusting of dentist. I have referred several family members & friends to him. All I can say is you won't be disappointed. Most of this rework he has done in the back otherwise I would post pictures. Believe me when he starts the front I will update with before & after.

I called my insurance to confirm that indeed they would pay for it. I then called back and told them, they said they would get a pre-authorization and would call me, never heard from them. The day before my cleaning they called to confirm my appointment and I asked if they got the pre authorization and they said they hadn't submitted it but to go ahead and come in. I told them they had 2 months to get it all they had to do was call them and confirm that the code they were using is indeed covered. They said they had to get the authorization in, which they hadn't yet submitted. I cancelled my appointment and told them that when they got there act together and got the authorization to call me to schedule the appointment. It is now June and they have not called. I will not ever go back there as I have changed dentist.

The procedure was so quick that I barely had time to warm up a chair in the lobby before he was finished.
